Bed mattress was very comfortable; Nice big screen TV; Clean along with the room smelling wonderful when we arrived & afterwards; room temperature was very comfortable; {AC unit was great}; a very accommodating & friendly staff!!

Could have used more towels, i.e. bath, hand & wash clothes; additional towel racks in the bathroom; a wall light directly above the mirror, while standing in front of the mirror, it cast a shadow from the ceiling light making it difficult to see. The coffee maker & coffee pods, etc. should be at one location. Having to place the coffee maker on the same counter w/toiletries wasn't suitable but maintainable. More electrical outlets

We booked for a show at Cape Cod Beer (10 mins away). Room had a big jacuzzi. Good location for nearby restaurants.

This used to be Cuddles and Bubbles (and several other names and ownerships, according to our Uber driver) and it that's how it feels, after a few decades of changjng hands and minimal renovations. Driver also mentioned the clientele often includes more nefarious activities (though we saw none personally) and the Karibbean club next door has wildly loud parties. We had a good experience, just manage expectations.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check in. We stayed in the Plaza Suite with a huge bathroom. Very nice suite. Made me nostalgic for the beach hotels from my childhood from the 1980's. Not cookie cutter and lots of old school character. Had drinks at the bar in the connected Caribbean restaurant and the young lady was great there also. The location on Main Street is great and within a reasonable walking distance to restaurants, bars, the JFK museum and the bus lines. We were in the heart of Hyannis. Now that we know what to expect not being beachfront, we would stay there again. We didn't have a car and didn't need one being close to everything but the beach.

I was told by the booking agent it was close to everything and steps away from the beach. The beach is over a mile away and we walked to it in about half hour or 45 minutes with beach equipment not realizing how far we were away from it. The lady at the bar told us it was right down Sea Ave which is the next corner. So disappointing it is not beachfront. Also no gym but, with all the walking we got our steps in every day. If the Hyannis Plaza could be oceanfront it would be perfect.

I love the jacuzzi room. Just wish the controls were on the jacuzzi and not the wall. Haha. Best jacuzzi ever though. The bed was super comfortable.

Parking was an issue. We had a handicap plate and any handicap spot was taken with a car without a placard. No one was there to even look at that. Also the money they hold for incidentals gets held for almost 5 days so it isn’t returned in 24 hours and it has nothing to do with your bank releasing it. It has to do with the hotel.

Close to the train, the ferry, and the start of the bike path. My friends arrived by bike from Boston, I arrived by Ferry from NYC via the Vineyard. Then we rode to a camp ground in Provincetown the next day. Perfect stopover spot in easy walking to dinner, breakfast, and shopping (although we arrived too late and left too early for that).

The Princess Room, the handicap accessibility, the location. The prism mirrors in the bath area. We had a very comfortable bed. The 2 staff we engaged with was more than willing to assist us with a big smile.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The grounds are plain but clean. The staff was very polite & helpful. I would return for another visit. Thank you!

I would have loved an indoor pool for when it rained & for a late night, early morning swim.

The black lady at the front desk was absolutely friendly and make sure we we settled in good , gave us a lot of options to make our stay better , would definitely come back if she’s still around

The gate at the pool was locked I had no idea how to open it so we ended up not using, the AC was not working properly, and I mean the bedding can be white …

I like that it was in a good location and walked right on Main Street, the room was very nice and clean, and Angie was great when she checked us in.

There was a lot of outside noise music, playing New Year’s Eve weekend. Not sure if that’s the norm, but it was going on past 1 o’clock in the morning. 

The location is everything! This hotel is on the main street and a quick walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. Fifteen minute walk to a quiet beach. The rooms were very clean and the service from the staff was exceptional.

The rooms had a few minor cosmetic/functional issues. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that had been patched but not painted over. The light switches next to each bed turned on the lights over the opposite bed. Not a big deal at all and what I would expect for the affordability in such a big tourist area.
