Phil & Silvia were great hosts, and made us feel welcome from check-in, all the way through to our last minutes on the property. They provided plenty of recommendations; places to eat, things to do and see, etc. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. All amenities were provided (soap, shampoo, towels, etc.). The water pressure in the shower was great. Air conditioning worked well. The property was no different, it was very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property; bean bag toss, mini soccer nets, lots of chairs around the pool. There was a grilling area with grilling utensils. There was also a family of resident goats tucked away in their own little corner of the property. They provided complimentary continental breakfast each morning. They provided us with bikes (incl. Helmet and bike lock) to ride around town and fitness equipment (yoga mats, small weights, elastic bands, foam roller, etc.) to do some exercises in our room. Great location, nearby to great restaurants, ice cream, liquor, convenience stores, beaches, etc... We can't say enough good things about this place and would recommend Sesuit Harbor House to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

Everything was great! Love the check in/out process.The grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped. The room was very comfortable and CLEAN! Loved the Cape vibe. Goatmania is such a cool amenity and you can pet them too - thank you. The pool, fire pit, lawn games, picnic tables, free treats, candy in the room, and fresh water and ice delivered daily. Last but not least, the owners and their staff genuinely cared about our comfort and happiness. I loved our visit and will visit again.

Room darkening shades would be a plus.

Everything. Perfect cleanless, unbeatable location, good for families and couples of any age. But what made the real difference was the human factor. Phil, his wife and their Team are the most friendly and accommodating people you wish to meet in your trips. We enjoyed a lot every moment of our stay. If we go back to Massachusetts we'll look forward to see them again.

A nice quiet location away from heavy tourism traffic, Sesuit Harbor House was perfect for our family (three couples, three kids -15,11, 10). It was fall, and we took full advantage of the beautiful fire pit under the stars. Another couple came out and spent a few hours chatting and enjoying this wonderful sanctuary with us after a long day of shopping, dining, and beach strolling. All three rooms we stayed in were immaculate with nice little touches to make us feel special. It was a home away from home. The kids loved visiting the goats and the pool looked like it would be a nice respite during the hot summer months. The restaurant across the street serves a good, hearty breakfast but get there early. It is popular! Highly recommend this location!

Beautiful property with a very convenient location. The suite was very comfortable for us we even had a little outdoor space to enjoy, we also loved the fireplace area. The owners were very sweet and thoughtful which made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely consider this property for future stays!

Wished the beds were a little more comfortable

No breakfast. cause it was after Labor Day and therefore wasn't offered. It was stopped the weekend b4 I arrived...but the recommended place across the street was perfect! The contactless check in was very slick!... Hence, I never met a staff person so do couldn't comment on the staff question above. Despite my below comments on a few issues., they didn't significantly detract from the overall care that was taken to make one comfortable and welcome. Nice welcome note from the owner, nice water set up and ice provided, chocolates left bedside. all added to the upside ;o)

Little counter space directly in the bathroom. Tho a shelf and mirror was provided on a wall in the room it was awkward to keep running back and forth to bathroom to wash hands when do make up or needing water for hair. Also, there as only one plug outlet below the mirror. W/phones, hair dryers, hot comb, hearing aids, shaving equipment, etc. more accessible plugs would have been useful. Also, the bottom outlet of the one plug didn't seem to be working.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly, offering a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of options. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Wonderful Hotel to stay at...and extremely well located for those that truly wish to explore the Cape...and not just spend time at the beach! Staff was exceptional in their care and concern for our overall enjoyment and comfort for our stay and were extremely pro-active wi9th their communications and at ensuring we had all the information we needed. Also, the facilities on location areas (e.g., Pool, Fire Pit area, sitting areas, grounds, etc.) were very enjoyable to plug into with our free-time throughout the day! Our whole family...including kids...absolutely loved the morning breakfasts...and this was another one of those additional touches that helped to elevate the overall experience of our stay! BL is that we will be returning here for future stays!

Very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, and the ambience, including the welcoming by Phil - the manager. Given the very reasonable rates, the room was quiet, comfortable, and served the needs.

It is difficult to complain about anything, given the very reasonable room rate. Humorously, the main room light switch was hidden behind the TV :-).

Creative idea for breakfast in a basket with friendly service. Good quality pastries and yogurt parfait. Nice Details like a cork screw, handwritten notes, lawn games, chocolates, landscaping. Phil was helpful and communicative when we had questions.

Decaf coffee in room and cafe were poor quality. Air conditioner in room 6 was not efficient and was very loud.
