All Seasons Resort is a moderately priced resort, easily accessible to the Yarmouth area and centrally located to most of the Cape. It have been fully renovated within the last two years. The rooms are well maintained and roomy. The beds are comfortable. (The only downside were the pillows, especially on a King Size bed. Small and not so comfortable) The resort features a buffet/continental breakfast (which is included in the price.) The pool area sets it apart from many of the hotels on the Cape in that it is secluded at the rear of the property and not along the roadway or parking areas. The pool is well maintained and provides both sun and shaded areas. There is also an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. The staff are very friendly and professional. The pre-check-in process is great. Choose from a second floor room with a balcony or first floor with a small sitting area and direct access to the pool.

The pool was lovely and the bed and blankets were super comfortable! There was a really terrible group staying at the same time as us, some hockey group. They were super inconsiderate and made the stay a little stressful. The staff were so helpful to make the stay more comfortable even with the difficult group. They moved our room for us and even assisted in moving our stuff. Tiffany at the front desk was so sweet and kind!

Not much, maybe just the access to the other side of the building, had to walk through pool area. And the terrible group staying there but that was out of their control and they handled it best they could

The indoor pool and hot tub were large and warm and clean. The whole facility was well maintained, landscaped. Front desk people were very helpful and kind. Outdoor pool looked nice too, but it was too cold out while we were there to use it.

Breakfast was ok, but could have had more variety. The sprinkler system was on too much, watering all the picnic tables and sidewalks, even when it had just rained, they were on. There were puddles in the parking lot and on the sidewalks.

I wanted to share my impressions of the property during my recent visit. The property was very spacious, featuring a large outdoor pool and a playground for the kids to enjoy. These amenities greatly enhanced the overall experience and provided ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

Unfortunately, our stay was too short to be able to provide any negative comments or concerns. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to the opportunity to stay longer in the future.

Room was clean and comfy. Although the pool was closed the first day of our stay, parts arrived the following day and it was repaired.

The women’s sauna needs better lighting. It is too dark and spooky. The hot tub temp is low and the tiles around it are in need of replacing. Lighting around the pool area needs an upgrade. The pool has an ant problem. Ant hills are poking thru cracks in the floor. I pointed out this out to the staff. Also…even though you can access a TV menu from the screen, a menu card would be helpful.

The front desk staff is extremely professional and friendly. They truly take pride in their job and the resort. The renovations done since our last visit are tasteful and certainly an upgrade to the ambiance. A basic breakfast included with the room is nice. All Seasons Resort is easily accessed from Route 28 and is centrally located. The outdoor pool area is a good size and centrally located in the center of the resort. Prices are average for this time of year on the Cape.

The renovations, while overall nice were done quickly without attention to detail by the chosen contractor. When looking closely, paint drippings, missed spots, floor cuts a bit off. Some trim completely missed when painting. The metal pedestal for the bed seemed odd and was noisy. High cleaning needs to be on a better schedule. Having been in the hospitality business for over forty years, I check these things. Top of headboards, picture frames etc. Towels are less than one would expect. Small, thin and cheap.

The rooms are exactly as they are presented. Two very comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was clean, with a shower/bad and a toilet in a separate room and the sink at the entrance of the room. The indoor pool looked amazing and we were a bit bumped we didn't bring our bathing suits for a little swim. We were there out of season so it was really calm. For dinner, we definitely recommend checking out the diner across the street

Breakfast was lackluster. There weren't a lot of options (maybe because we were there out of season), but the basics are there

The pool and hot tub were great! Loved that they had an indoor/outdoor pool plus the sauna was a nice touch! The location was perfect, next to many restaurants and beaches.

The sauna in mens room did not work. Room was a bit small for family of four.

Swimming pool inside and out good location. What was disappointing was breakfast fake eggs and cold sausages. Waffle machine was dirty and burned crust we couldn't use it due to it wasn't cleaned many guest felt the same way.other than that we had a good time .out side pool not heated

Bathroom toilet is very low .shower pressure very low and tub drain goes down slow towels are like sandpaper. Would I stay here again but only if price was cheaper

2 very clean pools w/ a free standing jacuzzi were great, breakfast was good, there's a lighted gazebo outside surrounded by hydrangeas, very pretty. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Best stay and price so far on rt.28!!

First, if you go through a 3rd party to book,even though it says pay at location they WILL charge you for one night automatically. Second, ask for a first floor,didn't know this because there are NO elevators. If you are on the second floor ask for one facing the pool, you have a nice balcony, you won't have one facing the parking lot. There are no microwaves in rooms.
