Staff were friendly and very helpful. I needed to extend my stay. Despite booking through a website (to get my members discount) rather than the front desk, they allowed me to stay in the more expensive room I was already in, rather than move. Kitchen was very useful.

Could have done with a better selection of pans and crockery in the kitchen, along with fresh washing up liquid and scourer. Both minimal cost, but massive improvement on first impression.

We stayed here just passing through. It provided everything we needed for a quick stay, and we were even upgraded without asking. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants, shopping and ice cream. The value for this stay was incredible; however, the best part was the outstanding customer service provided by the owner/ manager, Mr. Ta. He was responsive and extraordinarily considerate. We had an issue with Booking dot com and he literally spent months trying to solve the problem. Solve it he did! Service like this is hard to come by these days- do not hesitate to stay at this family owned hotel.

The front desk staff COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER or more helpful. The location is convenient (though not beach) and the price given the amenities (not luxury, but more than adequate) and given the location was good by Cape Cod standards. Kind of "standard motel," but clean and decent. No breakfast was advertised but coffee and a few pastries were available.

The rooms are a tiny bit small and there are only a FEW convenient parking spaces -- though there is more parking back behind -- in a next-door lot.

The GPS machine took me to 221 Main St. however the guest lodge is on old Main Street 221 so you may have a booking.com contact the property and get an accurate location for the hotel because I got lost getting there

upstairs room so view was of trees, not parking. Upgraded so nice space, air worked during heat wave, plenty of towels. Water pressure excellent. Location excellent for walking to Dennis Beach and Bass River. Very glad I had a front room.

A bit worn, but the pool looked pristine and painting was underway. Construction next door but that's not hotel's fault.

The location is great, the motel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and attentive.

The parking lot is too small. If you get back to the motel after 11pm, you pretty much always have to park in a supplemental lot which is down a steep hill and it's not lit well.

Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished. Friendly, accommodating staff/management. Would definitely return. Pool was nice. Massaging shower head worked well. Great bedside charging options.

Would like to see them add a microwave to the room, though we travel with one just in case.

We stayed here before because of the great room and services that we received on our first visit. We booked this one rather last minute because we wanted to return to the area this summer. This room wasn't as updated and as clean as our first one but that's okay given the price. The pool was great, the price was great, and the staff is always excellent. We will be back

The bathroom could use an update but I suppose that's why this room was at a very affordable price. Plus, the room's location is in the back of the hotel, which is not ideal, but we weren't looking for great views as we were not staying in the room. We just needed a place to crash to explore local activities. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable.

Quick check in, room very good size, good location, reception very good for recommendations. Close to beach and easy to get to other resorts and takeaways. Pool was good for evening cool down.

Personally would have liked a kettle (not a massive coffee drinker). We had takeout and an outside table would have been good (their is one picnic table but its the designated smoking area)

Handicapped accessible. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff and owner. Free Coffee, tea, ice, and microwave in lobby. Sunny room overlooking sunny pool area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean towels and linens. Loved the decor and layout. Perfect for eating in room with a seperate desk area and mini fridge. ( No freezer). Comfortable club chair to sit in. Large tv. Right off Rte 28, in the middle of Cape and easy access to everything to do on Cape.

Bathrooms need bleach cleaning.
