Good value for the amenities, room types, location, surrounding activities, esp. pool along with small public beach access 1 minute walk from motel. Great hot showers!

Although a very nice guy, the owner/desk clerk was a bit too informal when payments and remediating a mistake in the booking (was booked twice). He did remediate the double booking fine enough, but did the math on scratch paper to remediate and no invoice provided. Room Rug/flooring had soft spots and in areas, was dirty/stained. Bathrooms were very small. Toilets could be higher. Despite an older motel, rooms were updated an comfortable enough.

Owner was great. So friendly and personable! He told us about a fun place to go - the Chatham Fish Pier - so beautiful. No seals were there with the clouds that day but still beautiful! The room had just what we needed with a mini fridge, microwave and small Mr. Coffee. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had across the street and down some stairs the beach. Great location. Walking along the street you can find paths to see other beaches. It really was a perfect spot! My sister and I really enjoyed this place and would recommend it to anyone. We would for sure go back!!!!

The coffee in the room which had coffee pods for a Mr. Coffee machine wasn't good - we would have liked to have coffee in the room in the morning.

The staff was super friendly and the room was updated and absolutely spotless! It was my first time traveling alone and I am so happy I found this gem! It's in a quiet area with plenty of beutiful areas to walk around. There is a small beach area across the street and Sea side beach ⛱️ is within walking distance. I spent alot of my time in Harwichport which is only about 3 miles away. I loved everything about Cutty Sark. I can't wait to go back! Great location! Super clean! Great staff 😊

Staff was very friendly. Extra towels and cups were always available on a cart outside the door. The beach was just on the other side of the hotel parking lot.

The room had fruit flies and the toilet height was exceptionally low. Otherwise, great place.

Classic New England motel. Excellent location with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent access to the pool and beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and would love to stay there again.

The only critique I can really have of my stay is at the pool definitely needs a new skimmer. It had an abundance of small leaves in it. As this did not impact the use of the pool at all, I see no reason to dock points it's just something that could be improved.

Location was perfect. The room was clean, staff came in each day to make bed, empty trash & give clean towels. You can walk to several different place to eat or have a drink. The beach is a short walk across the street.

Wi-fi was a little spotty.

The owner is the nicest person I’ve ever met. I don’t understand why it has only two stars because it was the best hotel I’ve been to on Cape Cod. The rooms are huge (even the cheapest ones), the pool is very clean, and stuff is very responsive. I loved this place and definitely gonna come back! They even have a microwave in the room!

It was clean and ample space. Walking distance to Ocean House bar that has live music, water front seating, and pretty good food.

Located very close to the beach but the public area is teeny-tiny and the beach is not walkable due to private property obstructions on either side of public beach. The beds are very hard. Could def use an upgrade. Bathroom is very small and cramped but it's very clean.

Peaceful place. Very good value for money. Friendly staff, private parking just beside the doors. Sea round the corner...

The pool was dirty...sad to say...the only thing to complain...

The room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything needed for a short stay away from home! I Loved the short walk to Raycroft Beach, and pool was an added bonus!
