First and foremost, I appreciated the manager. John was kind, supportive in every way, and ready to accommodate our requests immediately. You could tell that everyone staying at the resort had a personal connection with John and for me, he is the main reason I would return. Location being a close second! My family and I will return.

Wasn't sure about the pool on the premises. It looked nice, but it wasn't open for use. I never inquired about it. The bathroom was small but clean. Electrical power was down in one area of the room, which just meant the microwave needed to be moved to an alternate electrical outlet.

Great Location - near everything, plenty of space, nice pool and outdoor area. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The rug in the room had a smell to it and in the bathroom upstairs there were tiny ants. The skylight had a stink bug flying around. We had 2 small children so it would have been a plus to come in to vacuum each day.

Really good location right in the middle of town. Considering where it was, it was surprisingly quiet. The place was a really good size and it was nice having a kitchen.

It could be updated and there was no maid service throughout the stay. The steps going upstairs were a little iffy.

The location is excellent, as you can walk to several restaurants, stores and bars. My unit was clean and well stocked. John, the manager, was a pleasure to interact with. My only complaint was the internet was unreliable. But being off season, the price was right.

The room was very nice. I liked the space with an upstairs and downstairs and the kitchenette. It was quiet and comfortable. It was clean. I liked the location and the access to shops and restaurants and the beach.

What a great place! I loved the setup, very comfy for 3 people.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable; when my husband got in we rolled together. Very squishy!

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, excellent amenities, and definitely on the more affordable end for lodgings in that area!

Close to Bank Street Beach and Cape Roots Market

Centrally located on the Cape, with shops and beach nearby. Decent lighting for reading from multiple spots in the room.

Lots of things about the room seemed a little outdated or odd. The only way to turn on the bathroom light was to flip a switch outside the room which engages a very noisy fan; I had to buy a nightlight so I wouldn't disturb my spouse at night. The commercial flush toilet is a bad vibe. And while it was nice to have a kitchenette, the microwave and cooktop were very low-powered (slow).
