How can you go wrong when you have 3 glass doors/windows exposing a panoramic view of the ocean from anywhere in the room! King-size suite was spotless with full kitchen and perfect amount of kitchen amenities. Room was nicely decorated with beachy/nautical feel and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There was one extremely comfortable chair by the glass doors looing over the ocean. I wish there could have been 2 of these chairs. We were able to take 2 chairs in from the porch/balcony to sit by the windows looking out over the ocean while having morning coffee, but 2 swivel chairs inside would have been better.

Beautiful ocean view room steps from the beach. The room itself had a nice balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was a nice size and stocked with coffee, cream, Keurig, sugar, etc. The manager, John, could not have been nicer. It is a short ride to Main Street and all the shops, CVS, market, etc. Nice location, quiet area, but close enough to attractions and stores.

Nothing other than we wish we could have stayed longer!

I absolutely loved the location, right on the beach, which was exactly what I wanted given the limited time I had. The check in was smooth and no fuss, and my room was perfectly equipped, simple, clean and everything that was in it actually worked! I can't wait to come back and stay for a few days, and will definitely do so.

To be honest, the coffee was great, the creamer was fresh, and everything I needed was there: even the towels were dry and grippy, just like you would want!

I come to the Cape to be near the water and Chatham Tides is directly on the waterfront. The sound of the waves can put anyone to sleep and the bed is so comfortable I hated to get up. The staff was super nice and helpful to me, a handicapped guest, and I hope to be so fortunate to return next summer.

I was not offered breakfast-in-bed. Chatham doesn't have a good communications system so my I phone was not always working perfectly.

Excellent location with view of the beach and ocean, room was impeccable and kitchenette just perfect to prepare a cooked meal. Lovely shower room, plenty of towels and very clean. Beach towels also provided. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Nothing, we had everything we wanted.

Location is superb! You are right on the ocean.

Thin walls. You could hear everything going on in the next room. Sometimes it was quite embarrassing when traveling with family. (If you know what I mean) .

It is right on the Nantucket Sound, it was adorable, it has its own beach and there are paddle boards and kayaks you can use at No coast. The location is right between Harwich Port and Chatham so there are great shopping and eating choices very close by.

I thought everything was great. I would just say be aware that it is a little rustic- beachy is my word for it. The room is petite and there is a nice little fridge, everything is white and bright, the bed was comfy with nice soft bedding and it was clean, but if you are looking for luxury this isn’t the place for you.It is exactly what we like and wanted- Iwould take the view of the water and access to the beach at a great price any day over something more “fancy”.

The location is the ticket here...right on the beach, literally! We came for a one-night getaway, my husband and I. The welcome by the staff at reception was a bit off...we seemed to have taken them by surprise, and the host was not exactly welcoming, but he seemed to have recovered his good humor the next morning. It was overpriced; however, and for that reason, we would not stay there again. The walls were paper- thin, which impeded privacy. Otherwise, the rooms were basic, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It ought to be lower-priced for what it is , but being Chatham, and on the beach they probably have no trouble filling the rooms.

Better staff, friendlier service, and much lower cost! Walls need to be sound-proofed.

The cottage was quaint and clean and the location just steps from the ocean was awesome!

Its not a true hotel so dont expect the hotel-type amenities, but the tradeoff for the location/view was worth it. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear the shower, etc from next door.
