Loved the location and ease of beach access. Lots of places for teenaged kids to hang out. Liked that there was a kitchenette and a balcony with an ocean view. Liked that there were provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything was kept very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was thankful for the water filter which was already filled for us in the refrigerator.

There was no fan in the bathroom. There was a window in it that opened and had to be left open to release steam or odors, which caused it to be very humid in there and the linens needed frequent replacement for that reason. The bathroom was small and had very little space to put out toiletries (for a woman). There were no vending machines in the common areas. The drinks at the cafe were expensive and had very little alcohol in them, and the menu was rather limited. However, it was very nice to have that available, and the delivery service right to my chair on the beach. Our room did not have any door mats, so by the end of our stay, there was sand everywhere in our room. Would have been nice to be able to wipe our feet when coming into the room.

We had a room at the Corsair and the rest of our family was at the Cross Rip. The corsair was definitely more updated than the CrossRip, but we spent most of our time at the outdoor space near the pool of cross rip. Food at the café was excellent, and drinks at the bar were super tasty.

Rooms at the crossrip could get updated more. But otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Ocean view, private beach, friendly staff, soft beds, great shower water pressure. Very central location. Clearly a lot of investment is going into property.

We stayed in shoulder season so some amenities (pool, hot tub) were not online yet. That's totally understandable though -- we were just too early. Looks like they'd be a ton of fun when open!

The convenience to beach access, the neighborhood food spots, the quiet streets. The beach food service was a nice plus and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Drinks on the beach from a great bar. Also appreciated the access to EV charging at the hotel.

Parking is cramped and there is no street parking in this area.

We had a full kitchen. We made our own breakfast.

Need more parking. People who have more than one car should have to park the second elsewhere. One night, the office said we could use the handicap spot because there was no parking spots. I worried my car would be towed all night.

The location is exceptional, right on the beach. You have your choice of the pool or the hotel's own beach. Restaurants are close enough to walk to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Although it is well-maintained, it's an older place. The rooms aren't huge, but we liked them. Hotel prices on the Cape have gotten very expensive and we prefer not to spend crazy money. We were happy with it.

There was no breakfast at this resort...somewhat disappointing.

The room was comfortable, clean and a decent size......unfortunately I did not realize it was by the pool which made it quite noisy.......lots of children in the pool and not necessarily quiet times for adults.

Private beach was really neat. Suite was big enough for family with two kids.

Kitchenette and AC are old and not properly maintained. Staff forgot to place linen for the sofa bed in the room.

We stayed in the Corsair building in a room on the ground floor. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is located on a very nice, clean beach. The pool was clean and was checked multiple times per day by the staff. There are plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool and overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel itself is a short distance to Rt. 28 allowing convenient access to retail stores and restaurants.

The staff is as great! Very attentive! They helped get chairs and umbrellas to the beach for my family to use. They served food and drinks on the beach. The property was close to many good restaurants to eat. When I needed more towels they brought right up to our rooms.

Rooms were smaller than expected but no a major issue.
