I was only there for one night because I was meeting friends the next day. I have seen the Ambassador before, so I booked it for 1 night to avoid traffic the next day. WOW! I was so pleasently surprised- it has all been remodelled-it is really nice. I highly recommend it for families because of the beautiful and SAFE indoor pool-with tables and chairs all around it. The breakfast room is also very nice. By all means stay here, the rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms as well- so shiny clean!

Nothing everything was superb.

The rooms are completely renovated, everything is new and fresh. The beds are comfortable. When we needed help with TV in our room the member of the staff who checked us in came promptly and re-set the TV. We came for the weekend and had a very pleasant stay. This is our second stay and we definitely will be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay on Cape Cod. This 2 star hotel is way better than 4 star Courtyard by Marriott we stayed in Miami, Florida this year.

Nothing negative to say about it

Close to supermarket and places to eat and centrally located on cape cod. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Bath with shower over it. Complementary breakfast. Indoor swimming pool.

Minor maintenance issues in room although they were sorted once reported. No laundry facilities. Stairs step and poorly lit and no lift to upper floor. Limited tv channels.

Although it is listed as a 'Continental Breakfast', they do have omelettes pre-prepared for you. We were able to eat well there in the mornings (some people expecting sliced cheese and meats will be disappointed, but generally, a pretty good spread). I did overhear someone say that there wasn't much for you if you were 'wheat intolerant'. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds (two of them in our case) and were well presented. Air-conditioning worked well (thank goodness, we had a heat-wave). Both pools, Indoor and Out, were kept in good condition, and open for long periods. Most importantly, the staff were on the ball, could be clearly understood, and knew their stuff (unlike some other hotels we encountered on our trip). Useful range of shops and restaurants nearby. If you like sterile, hermetically sealed Airport hotels, this is not for you. This place has character.

Nothing springs to mind, other than that you have to eat out of an evening, but that is no hardship, and there are 'take-away's that you can bring in if you wish.

The location was great. Only 6 minutes away from the beach and lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was polite, kind, and pleasant.

The pool and hot tub could use some maintenance. The tiles are falling apart on the inside. Also a couple more breakfast options wouldn’t hurt. These are such minor things, though.

The motel was very clean and fairly well updated. No unusual smells in the motel, looked like freshly painted walls, carpets were maybe a bit worn but they were clean. Pool areas were clean and looked in good shape. Our room was very nice, clean and well appointed, it even had "crown" molding and you don't see that in just about ANY motel under $200 a night! This motel is close to just about anything you want or need, beaches, restaurants, 10 minutes to Hyannis and about the same to Rt. 28 or 6 for travel to East or West parts of the Cape.

Well....the small fridge in the room was OLD and did not cool very efficiently. Might have been nice to have a small microwave in the room too. Other than that, the continental breakfast is WEAK and needs to be upgraded....just eggs and a waffle machine? I realize it means more $$ but if your NOT going to upgrade then just don't do any breakfast at all.

Very welcoming office staff. They could not have been more accommodating…going above and beyond. Pools were really nice and clean. Room was wonderful. Everything spotless. Fantastic modern bathroom. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Breakfast had numerous options.Coffee and tea available 24/7! Nice to visibly see cleaners and maintenance workers taking care of the hotel even the windows above the indoor pool. My wife and I liked everything about our stay there. We felt safe and would certainly stay there again if we get up that way. This hotel is a best kept secret!

Cannot come up with anything. Our stay was picture perfect thanks to the nice people who work there.

THe indoor pool is great. It's big, well marked, warm, and clean. The breakfast room is big enough to accomodate large groups. They offer hot items like waffles and scambled eggs.

The hot tub needs repair. It was still usable, but not in great shape. While the housekeeping staff does a great job, their hours are limited. We slept in on our first day and housekeeping did not get to clean our room. We had a lot of trash. I asked the manager where we could dump our trash and he said to leave it in the hallway someone would be up soon to get rid of it. The trash sat in the hallway until the next day.

It was near shops and restaurants. Route 28, in general, is a great place to stay it doesn't disappoint. The beds were so comfortable. Staff was amazing, smiling, and very welcoming! We will definitely be back! I also enjoyed the bowl sink, and the mirror was so cool. I've never seen anything like that!

There were not enough channels on the TV. A few of the ones we wanted to watch we couldn't find even though they were on the list of channels. The hot tub was missing tiles near the hot tub, but that's expected .

Super comfortable beds, and the outdoor pool was sparkling clean and welcoming. Room, including bathroom was recently renovated - halls have not caught up yet, but they appear to be working on updating. Rates for a Sun/Mon night stay were a bargain for summer on cape. Walking distance for nightly ice cream treats :)

No security to speak of - main entrance and door to upstairs hallway/rooms were accessible without key. Rooms not at all soundproof - We could clearly hear our next door neighbor coughing loudly off and on all day and night.
