The location was close to the beach and easy access as I have 2 toddlers. We could easily walk there in 2-3min. This is our 2nd year going. We got the apartment this year and it was perfect for my little ones to have space and we could use the kitchen to make lunch or heat up left overs. The pool was great and staff were always around and accommodating to any needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a little getaway with family.

The staff was very friendly. The location to the beach was exceptional. The pool was a great asset to the property and, overall, things felt very low-key (in a good and relaxing way)!

The rooms are not cleaned daily, which can be a bit of a let-down after a few days. This is a small detail, but the lights outside of the rooms are intensely bright. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the porch in the evening but found the lights to be overbearing.

The continental breakfast far exceeded expectations. The location is within easy reach of the beach. The facility is very well maintained and the heated pool was a great touch. The staff members were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The room was basically furnished and the beds quite firm. But overall the rooms were relatively comfortable.

Road work was taking place out in front of the motel.

Location is PERFECT - far enough off Rt 28 so no heavy traffic, yet close enough to everything you need - walking distance to the beach - nestled in amongst a neighborhood so quite quiet - Owner/operator is a Very nice friendly man, rooms are clean & comfortable equipped with microwave, refrigerator & flat screen tv's, bathrooms are a little small but it's a motel - we LOVE this place - never stay anywhere else when down the Yarmouth area.

The business is run by a beautiful family who takes care of everything you need during your stay. JUST WONDERFUL. Very clean premises, excellent breakfast, beautiful and clean swimming pool. Owners get out of their way to make your stay simply amazing.

Very clean and well maintained. Husband and Wife were very warm, personable and friendly. Love the 3 minute walk to the beach. Centrally located. Breakfast area was very clean, bright, and cheerful with fresh baked goods and nice selections of foods. Pool are was very relaxing and beautiful plants throughout made it very homey. Beds were comfy especially the pillows! We would definitely revisit and recommend this place!!

We would have liked a coffee maker in the room as well as the microwave and refrigerator(great plus) and some extra cups in the room. Walls were kind of thin and could hear next room conversations but this might have been attributed to the guests being overly loud and not sensitive to others.

Wonderful owners, comfortable and clean rooms, pool space was beautiful, and the walking proximity to the beach was perfect for me and my kids! Staff were so helpful and kind, made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed.

The room was spacious and clean. Shower was excellent and the bathroom was clean and included a hairdryer. There was a fridge and TV (with plenty of channels!). A kettle in the room would have been lovely but I understand that’s perhaps not a big thing in the states. There’s plenty of parking and the motel is located really close to a very nice beach. The breakfast was great with cereal, bagels, decent coffee, fruit and pastries on offer. I’d absolutely recommend Ocean Breeze and would stay here again!

The owners are super friendly and really want you to have an amazing time! They are happy to help you with whatever you need and make the most of your stay. It was super clean and the location is great, close to the beach and also good to get around Cape Cod. We had an amazing time and even extended for one more night, and would always come back!
