There’s indoor and outdoor pools, dining and bar options, the grounds are a lot nicer than many hotels near it. It’s not too close to major traffic, good restaurants, the sand out back was awesome my daughter loved playing there.

The customer service was a mixed bag, I’m a young mom traveling and I was treated friendly by 75% of the staff I think they awesome right off the bat you’re rude. The only other critique is the carpet needs to be shampooed. My feet were black after walking a few minutes, and after my shower I put socks on that were also black within minutes. They definitely vacuum and wipe everything down often but they need to do the carpets badly.

We had an amazing time with our kids! Staff is great, place is super clean! Location is great!

This is the second time we stay at bayside, on the first time we love our room,second time not so much, room 221 is connected to the other room and we could hear everything. Also the smell was weird!

We paid extra for an Upgrade to a outdoor Balcony suite with chairs because I wasn't satisfied with the first room, however the room, bed and pillows had a old oder smell to it like the room was closed up for a while, but the shower was great and was an Upgrade to the regular room given at first. Breakfast was great except Breakfast was from 7 to 10, and the sausages were gone within an hour of breakfast starting.

I wasn't happy with the rooms oder it had a old smell to it like the room wasn't open for a while and the room did not have any microwave, and I was told to go to the break room for a microwave which is about 500 feet away on the garden level and my room was on the 2nd floor

Big, clean, bright, pleasant hotel right on route 28 with a pretty manmade "beach" overlooking the marsh and ospreys. Spacious room, big whirlpool tub, ample breakfast buffet, friendly staff, plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, game room, reasonable price. And walking distance to nearby restaurants.

The whirlpool tub was loud so we never knew if we were bothering other guests. Also better soundproofing for the door of the room would have been worthwhile. But overall we were pleased.

Loved the outdoor space with fire pits and chairs overlooking the marsh. The breakfast was complete with eggs and bacon. Loved that coffee was available on the breakfast area until late in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious

We were on the 2nd floor. We found the room to be very spacious. Our son loved the pool, and the smores at night, and the arcade.. Breakfast was great. Not only pastries but eggs, saug or bacon, pancakes or waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, bread, English muffins, juice, and coffee. The fire pit at night was perfect to sit and relax next to the fire. The option to buy a smores kit was perfect. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Hot tub in the inside pool area which was so relaxing. There is also saunas and a gym which we did not use. Staff were amazing throughout the building in every department

I was not disappointed. The only things i would say are, We had a street view. But it is what it is. The bar area where you can also order food at night is closed at this time as they wait for a liquor permit from the new owners of that part of the hotel.. fyi for those that need it there is no elevator. But if you walk outside you can reach the ground level where breakfast is that way vs the stairs

Location and amenities. Service was excellent. Great hotel for families who want to enjoy Cape Cod.

We would like to see Smart TVs in tye rooms somguests can stresm Netflix, etc. DirectTV is not adequate. Also, if there are a large group of guests who are having a party, the hotel should encourage them to book anseparate function room and not take up common areas.

The staff was amazing, always smiling happy to help.

It was very expensive but the facilities wasn't all that, the carpet in my room was worn and the deco was out dated. After booking found out the out door pool was closed, the out door pool photo is what they used to advertise the hotel so was a bit disappointed about that, then the day I couldn't cancel and get a full refund was the day I got an email to say the bar was closed until October later in the year. Had I known about the bar I would have cancelled

Location and you really didn’t have to leave the property once you got there.

Well, I have a little trouble getting around and in the past I’ve never had to worry about places that might be a little bit of a struggle, but the bathroom could’ve used some safety railings and there was really no way if you really had a hard time getting around to get downstairs to the breakfast Really too many stairs

I loved the amenities. Both pools are a nice size & well maintained as is the indoor hot tub. The tiki bar is so nice to have & it’s not pricey. Loved the fire pits surrounded by Adirondack chairs too! Breakfast was good too.

I’d like the beds to be softer. I slept fine after the first night, but prefer more cushioning.
