We had an amazing time with our kids! Staff is great, place is super clean! Location is great!

This is the second time we stay at bayside, on the first time we love our room,second time not so much, room 221 is connected to the other room and we could hear everything. Also the smell was weird!

Loved the outdoor space with fire pits and chairs overlooking the marsh. The breakfast was complete with eggs and bacon. Loved that coffee was available on the breakfast area until late in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious

We were on the 2nd floor. We found the room to be very spacious. Our son loved the pool, and the smores at night, and the arcade.. Breakfast was great. Not only pastries but eggs, saug or bacon, pancakes or waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, bread, English muffins, juice, and coffee. The fire pit at night was perfect to sit and relax next to the fire. The option to buy a smores kit was perfect. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Hot tub in the inside pool area which was so relaxing. There is also saunas and a gym which we did not use. Staff were amazing throughout the building in every department

I was not disappointed. The only things i would say are, We had a street view. But it is what it is. The bar area where you can also order food at night is closed at this time as they wait for a liquor permit from the new owners of that part of the hotel.. fyi for those that need it there is no elevator. But if you walk outside you can reach the ground level where breakfast is that way vs the stairs

It was very expensive but the facilities wasn't all that, the carpet in my room was worn and the deco was out dated. After booking found out the out door pool was closed, the out door pool photo is what they used to advertise the hotel so was a bit disappointed about that, then the day I couldn't cancel and get a full refund was the day I got an email to say the bar was closed until October later in the year. Had I known about the bar I would have cancelled

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful! We especially loved the tiki bar by the pool. The continental breakfast was a lot nicer than breakfasts I've had at other hotels in the past. There's also a sandy area overlooking the marsh with Adirondack chairs and fire pits. It was a great place to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. This hotel had so many other amenities, including an indoor pool, arcade room, pub, and gym. We will definitely be returning in the future!

The rooms were a little dated and would have been nicer without carpeting in the floors.

The views were spectacular, outdoor pool was gorgeous and plenty of lounge chair seating, staff were extremely friendly and responsive, breakfast spread was expansive and delicious, room was spacious & clean, price was very affordable & great value for the money, nightly fire pits were the true icing on the cake & we enjoyed s’mores by the fire at night, what a perfect resort for families with children

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations

This was the best hotel i have stayed at on cape very good staff and allowed kids some freedom the king room with a cot was large and the bed was so comfortable also the free breskfast had so many choices you could stsy weej snd hsve different food it ny far was not continental egs bacon sausage pancakes waffles muffin cereal danish friut ect fuĺ breakfast and they had staff refilling it so didnt run out iy was amazing pool and hot tub wrre clean and had great atmosphere last hour it was open 10 to 11 adults only the gire pits were beautiful they had kits to buy 35 bucks to make smores kids love that the bar was nice and allowed you to bring drinks any where in hitel and pool side also could order take out food they gave coupons for local restaurants

This resort is not handicapped accessible if you cant walk down stairs even first floor the room did not have handicapped yoilet or shower however as we were leaving we mention thid and they did have thing to make higher howere we did know this there ate handsome deluxe rooms but still stairs no elevator and no handicap ramps to enter the pool and hot tub do have staird and railings bsthrooms in pool area jut not large enough for wheel chair another issue is the liyyle syonrs around pool and in pool are hard to walk on and caused srapd on feet and hands of kids bring WAter shoes cogs towels are provided in room arcarde is minimal however this was well wroth the money and kids had fun as well as adults didnt want to leave

Location was good. Particularly enjoyed the seating area on the beach outside.

Gym and indoor pool were a bit dated. The pub was closed. The specification said there was only one ground floor room, but the whole building had a ground floor with rooms. Breakfast was downstairs, but that was not in the specification.

It was centrally located, decent pool, and a nice patio for reading a book or eating some food. The Moby Duck pub was iconic.

The bedding/pillows were horrible. My husband and I tossed and turned all night. I woke up everyday with neck and back pain. Really made it difficult to feel good for my vacation when it starts off with poor sleep and pain.

Cleanliness is top notch at this hotel. Staff were very friendly, location of the hotel is a plus as you can access many wonderful places to frequent and explore. I particularly loved accessibility to nearby beaches and also multiple restaurants in the area and fun places you can take kids to. I will definitely be returning soon for another mini vacay or weekend getaway. They are also quite generous with their free breakfast spread!

Loved everything. Bed/Mattress was a tad bit stiff for me but OK for the couple of night's stay.
