Gigantic room and excellent value. The reception staff was VERY professional - the arrival provided a sense of luxury though I looked completely out of place after a day of trekking. Only stayed for one night, but The Cove at Yarmouth would suit better for a longer stay to enjoy the facilities and activities.

I did not check the details well enough before arrival so this is not an issue with the resort, but good to be aware. I booked because of the spa and indoor pool but the opening hours did not suit my schedule well. Also did not realize the size of the place: my room was not in the same building as the preferred activities. Would not be an issue in the summer, but not convenient in the winter. As the staff is great, I recommend contacting them before booking or arrival to ensure that you get the most out of your stay!

I loved the set up of the room.It was bright and clean and plenty of space for the three of us.We had our own bathrooms and private rooms to sleep.The sofa opened to a nice comfy bed with all the bedding.There was a kitchen area with all amenities.It also had a deck with table and chairs.We parked right outside our door.The Cove has an awesome restaurant with great variety of food and live entertainment.The indoor pool was open with sanitized towels and a very clean atmosphere.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just wish it was longer.

My Grandson loved all the activities offered there. He especially loves the arcade. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool was sparkling clean and the hotel was easy to navigate. Looking forward to going back.

Maybe offer free coins for the arcade for the kids at check in. I spent quite a bit there putting coins on the card. It goes quickly.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The indoor pool was clean and something to do in the dead of winter. Check in and out super easy and quick. Would definitely stay again.

No coffee pods in room with Keurig. Dinner reservations were cancelled at Loft due to ovens not working.

Very nice accommodations with upstairs and downstairs with small kitchen. Very happy with choice of staying with you.

received a call about being late for check out, didn’t realize it was at 10am. Thats a very early check out, normal check outs are 11 am.

Well maintained. Clean and inviting. Everything was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And I also liked all the activities for adults and children. I will be back.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. We went there to celebrate his 30th birthday and a night away from our two kiddos. The staff was very friendly and it's not over priced. The room is townhouse style which was amazing being able to have two full bathrooms and a downstairs with a kitchen and living room...and upstairs with the second bathroom, tv, and a queen size bed. Tons of great facilities to use like the pool / jacuzzi and game area. There's a restruant inside the hotel which has great service and amazing food too.

The room did get pretty hot during the night. We turned down the temperature really low and the fan up high. We managed though and still slept pretty good.

The room was impeccable the indoor pool and spa was enjoyable and the location is convenient with great shop's and recreation nearby

Couldn't find the steam room or the gym and check in time to late and check out time to early for the price I'd at least expect to get a full 24hrs No valentine's day dinner and no continental breakfast

I liked that the pool and restaurant were in the same building and all an easy walk through the hallway.

The bed pretty sure was a full size… Way too small and we stayed in the townhouse so the upstairs loft was so hot but the downstairs was very cold. no elevators and on the second floor with an infant and lots of stuff which was very inconvenient. Not a lot of signs so really confusing walking around at first but we got used to it. The restaurant was just OK. Food was decent. Communication wasn’t the best felt it was really hard to get in touch almost as if all departments were outsourced Separately. Our bill was wrong in the restaurant for togo and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. hard to get in touch with the front desk via cell phone.

Our room was great and I loved the information packet they gave out letting us know what was happening while we were there.

The parking can be difficult.
