The check in was wonderful. Their staff member that took care of us was super friendly, informative and so upbeat-she set the tone for our whole stay. Bed was comfortable, but could use better pillows...way to mushy IMO. Parking was set for guests only and required your room key-nice touch. Location was just yards from the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferries. Walking distance to Main Street. Great outdoor spaces and the Bluewater Grille next door served an awesome lobster roll.

The pillows. And HBO would be a nice plus. Other than that our stay was outstanding. Kudos to the housekeeping staff and maintenance. Everything was clean and in good working order.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It’s right across the street from the ferry we took to Martha’s Vineyard, the scenery was beautiful, restaurant right next door and Main Street shopping within walking distance.

I can’t express this more…we hated the parking! The hotel made the parking spaces soooo narrow that it was hard to get in and out of your car. Many people were complaining about it and some had their car door scratched because of it. The second thing we didn’t appreciate was the bad attitude and rudeness of one of the front desk night staff.

The hotel was easy to find and in a great location. The reception staff were friendly and efficient to get us checked in. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to park our car right outside the room so didn't have to carry our bags far.

When we arrived we took our suitcases with us to reception, whereas in fact for most guests they would be better left in the car until you have checked in and moved to the main car park. It would be good to advise clients in advance that this is the case.

Clean comfortable room. Great pool area! Nice restaurant next to the main hotel where you can sit outside to have breakfast or dinner. Also nice grill restaurant at the pool area. Comfortable seating to sit, read and enjoy the outdoors across from the harbor. About a mile walk to Main Street Hyannis with many shops and restaurants. Be sure to check out the Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating underneath a giant Beach tree! Very cool.

Some construction going on but it looks like it is almost complete.

The property is beautifully renovated and rooms beautiful decorated with comfortable beds. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi area well maintained and lifeguard on duty. There is also an indoor pool but is not open if outdoor pool is open, but also renovated beautifully. The location is amazing. Close to Main Street Hyannis there is a walkway that leads to the main shopping and restaurant district. You do not need to move car to pay high parking fees keep it parked and walk! Located directly across from Ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Cape Cod creamery also across street.

The onsite restaurant is not yet open but will be beautiful and convenient for lunch by the pool once open. Property has an elevator but lots of stairs once on the level so could be hard to get around if you have a disability.

Gorgeous hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was impeccable. Indoor pool saved our rainy day. This will be my go-to hotel for staying on the cape.

I did ask them to remove feather pillows from my room but they left the decorative pillows (full of feathers) in the room and as soon as I walked in...ALLERGY ATTACK! I'm assuming it was just an oversight. It was corrected and feathers were taken out of the room. All hotels should really just use synthetic pillows at this point.

Location is excellent. Right by the harbour, easy to get to, plenty of parking, good restaurants within a short walk and the town an easy walk.

We were allocated the wrong room on arrival and didn’t get the balcony room ordered. Staff offered to swap the room the following day when one became available but we didn’t want to repack again (this was part of a trip that already had two previous stays). Took the shine off the stay.

Great location. Onsite laundry room. Clean rooms. Main building is key access secure. Room is nicely decorated.

Not much storage in the room. Only 2 small drawers and the closet is about 20” wide. Finding the building with the lobby can be tricky as the hotel is spread over several buildings. The parking lot is supposed to be secure but it’s not. No room service

Newly renovated, sizeable king room, fridge, microwave, safe. It’s got a great breakfast place across the street, you can also get to the hy line cruises right across the street to go to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. There is a great beach that wasn’t too busy with a children’s playground near by (check the Kennedy memorial for location). Hotel was very nice, pool was great! Parking was available and plentiful. Great spot, would definitely recommend.

The room was very clean. I liked that the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard was across the street. The harbor across the street was a nice place to walk around. Main Street was within walking distance.

The doors going into the building up to our room should have secure locks. We didn’t have to use our key card because the door wouldn’t shut properly. Anybody can wander in.
