The Courtyard resort is not a modern hotel/ condo, however it’s still in a good condition with lots of helpful extras as fully equipped kitchenette, balcony and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Staff was very nice and friendly. Location is a big plus as well.

The facility doesn’t have an elevator and if you have difficulty carrying your luggage to the third floor-that could be a problem. Also, there are too much warnings: if you don’t clean the room before you leave or if you don’t remove garbage after yourself- you will be fined. It makes negative impression.

The location was fantastic, right on the main street close to many bars and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The stove top and cooking equipment were a plus, allowing us to make a decent breakfast and enjoy good coffee in the morning with the Keurig provided. The pool and jacuzzi were both well-kept and clean. The staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Guests used the pool and the jacuzzi without showering, as there were no showers nearby. The room had a strong smell that never went away even with the windows open for 2 days!

The ac was loud and very cold No window to open so I could shut it off I was hot and cold all night. Could not shut light off on balcony to open door for fresh air At night the tv could not load so no tv at night but was able to watch in morning

Nice room, very secure, good location quiet hours 8 pm good idea. Staff was nice & efficient. Great ice maker on floor. Lots of towels & kitchen supplies (paper towels, soap, coffee maker). Nice newish sofa & bathroom remodel.

Tile floor was swept, but not mopped well. Toaster barely worked. Coffee, 1 pod per day. Lamp near sofa did not have an outlet, bedside light did not work. No good reading light. Only 1 kitchen towel, had to use a lot of paper. Glassware out of reach, not for small wine drinkers.

We looked at four different units. They are all beautifully updated. The location was perfect one block from Main Street. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and super friendly.

The first room we got to the air conditioner was extremely loud obviously the fan inside was broken. But we asked the front desk and she immediately gave us our choice of the new room.

Great apartment like studio tidy and neat. Everything you needed. Location was excellent to walk to everything. Enjoyed the pool/ hot tub. Staff helpful and friendly.

First night family above us with small children. Very loud early in morning and had cereal thrown down from patio into our deck area.

Staff was outstanding Location was perfect. Walkable to everything Room was clean and very roomy with apt sized refrigerator, stove top, microwave etc

Pool, hot tub and outside area was closed during our entire stay (Friday- Sunday) Shower drain was slow Sleep sofa was a little uncomfortable Trash removal from the room was a requirement

I wish the check out time was longer like 11am,no exhaust fan in the bathroom

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced, one worker, Aki, stayed almost an hour after the office closed to help me book my stay for that night. Amazing experience overall, no complaints.

The location is perfect, right in the center and practically on Main Street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping and all the attractions. Rooms were nice and clean.

We were on the third floor and there was no elevator. 25 steps in total.
