The location could not be better . Staff very nice and friendly. Our room was superb and so clean . Big bed lovely white fluffy towels .Laundry room was an excellent plus.

We have just returned from 2 weeks on Cape Cod and it’s the second time we have stayed at the SeaCoast Inn, we were there 8 nights. The rooms are very pleasant, wooden flooring which I like and a rug. There’s a fridge with a freezer compartment, 2 burners, coffee machine etc, enough to make your own breakfast, a simple supper if you wanted, making sandwiches for lunch etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have beach chairs for borrowing and a FREE washing machine and dryer incl soap liquid, very handy when you’re staying for a few days. Best of all is the location, 1 minute walk to the high street with a lovely Tap room (Finn’s) and restaurants and shops etc. Can recommend Finn’s and KKatie’s burgers and also the Thai, a few door to the right of KKatie’s. There’s a convenience store diagonally to the right of the hotel, handy for milk etc and Hagen Daaz or Ben &Jerrys! Can highly recommend! Free parking right outside. And there are restaurants to the right too, and a 5 minute walk to the ferries for Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard!

They seem to have a bit of a drainage problem in the shower on Cape Cod, we mentioned it in reception and they dealt with it, I have had it at other places (where it takes ages to drain) so I think it’s an American thing?

The room was very comfortable - with a small kitchenette, and nice window overlooking the park, and a small table to set up your laptop or tablet, or eat. We were just around the corner at one end of Main Street, and 2 blocks from one of my favorite restaurants, Baxter's. Getting in and out of Hyannis from the hotel was very easy. It didn't look like there was room for all the parking for the hotel, but we never had trouble finding a space no matter when we returned, and this was during the July 4th holiday. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

There isn't an elevator, but we'd packed fairly light so it wasn't bad getting our bag up to the room. But if stairs are an issue, request the ground floor. Typically we stay in Marriott chains, and my husband might have preferred that, but this location was so perfect for the time and things we wanted to do in Hyannis it was worth staying at SeaCoast.

Kind staff, helpful with a room request. Clean, spacious room equipped with a mini kitchen including 2 stove burners and a dining table. Bed was form and comfortable, hotel is quiet. AC works well, curtains are dark. Shower is hot and strong. Walking distance to the ferry and all of the cute shops and restaurants. Breakfast was NOT included (somewhere we read it was?) but there is coffee in the lobby. Price is great for the location!

There was nothing to not like. Okay, maybe the room is "dated"? But it wasn't unattractive. I'd definitely rather pay this price and have a "retro" experience than funding a sexy remodel and the price goes way up. Quality is already good, no reason to do that!

The location was very convenient, near restaurants, shopping, museum, transportation center and ferry docks. Everything we needed was walking distance. They even provide beach towels. The receptionist was very kind and attentive. The room was big 😊 We are very pleased with the amenities . Thank you very much

The location was perfect. Very walkable to downtown and to the harbor. Easy to get in and out of. The rooms felt more homey because of the nice paint job and small kitchen. It was a nice touch to have some dishes in the cabinets.

The beds were too firm. I thought for the nightly price that it would have been nice to have at least a couple of grab-and-go options for a simple breakfast.

The staff were so helpful! They also had beach chairs, towels and boogie boards for guests to take to the beach. I had everything I needed and the air conditioning worked very well. At first I was worried it was going to be strange, but I felt very comfortable, very safe, and loved being so close to Main Street.

The bathroom felt a bit outdated and the toiletries were terrible! Low motel quality and not representative of a $300/nt room. The kitchen sink / appliances also felt outdated but everything worked just fine.

Room was spacious and very clean. King bed was wonderful!!! Location was nice and easy access to restaurants.

Nothing that the hotel could do anything about because guests had documentation of a service dog. But, the dog was obnoxiously barking for 2 nights. It’s a people thing. So discourteous of others. Don’t think a true service dog would bark as this one did. They are assigned to provide comfort. The dog owner did nothing to keep the dog quiet. Very unfortunate for the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is superb, 30 seconds to a small store selling all the essentials, 2 mins to the harbour with a couple of seafood restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants, a tap room etc. Above all, the room was large with a small kitchenette, fridge etc.and felt very cosy. The staff/ owners were very friendly and helpful, parking was right outside. I would definitely stay again!
