The area was walking distance to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff worked hard to keep replening the food. There was one in particular ( sorry I didnt get his name) male staff who always has a smile on his face, who goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We like that we had a.microwave and fridge. I'd say more than adequate and good value for what we paid for compared to other hotels in the area.

Needs a few more hooks to hang up towels, etc. Wish the indoor pool was working when we were there. But the outdoor pool was okay. Not heated but bearably cool. Also wish there was a privacy curtain besides the blackout curtain. If we open the curtains, the people across the balcony can look into the room.

Some reviewers talked about mold, and dirty sheets, we found none of that. This is a basic Inn. Was clean and well equipped with linens, towels, pillows, and toilet paper/tissues. Toiletries were adequate. Room was bright and free of mold. Breakfast area was clean with the usual continental fare and the coffee hot. There was a swimming pool that looked well cared for but we did not use it as we were there for a one night stay. The Inn is right across the road from the transportation center, so convenient if traveling by other than car. The area typical of downtown Hyannis annd easily walkable to some restaurants and shops.

Edwin, maintenance crew, was wonderful. He was attentive at the breakfast service, constantly cleaning up and refreshing items. He was around restocking towels in the pool, and even showed up with a plunger for our bathroom one evening. He was pleasant and positive and made our stay enjoyable. He even encouraged us to come back in the future. The location was superb. We walked to dinner one night and it was only a very short drive to beaches. I also called the front desk many times with questions and they were responsive and helpful.

No pets in the room if you are not there.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Charlotte :)) Nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was a small selection but very tasty (especially the sausage and the fresh, bake your own, blueberry waffles), and breakfast staff were on point. Location was absolutely perfect!!! Few minutes walk to everywhere. Great value for money. We were so glad we picked this place.

Chairs on the little terrace outside bedroom, facing the pool, could have been cleaned in preparation. It was possibly due to the weather not being great.

The best part of our stay was the gentleman that put out breakfast every morning. I wish I had gotten him name. He was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. He greeted us every morning with a Good Morning and was always sure to say hi to my son as well. He was fantastic and we need more friendly and welcoming people like him in this world.

The location was perfect for both bus station and Ferry terminal, ideal when using public transport. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, decent selection. Loved the coffee availability in the reception area. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Breakfast!! Our stay was for 4 nights. Every morning it was the same stuff. Eggs were watered down and the sausage was cold and spicy. It would have been nice to have a variety of meat!!! Could not eat the sausage!! Plus I am diabetic. So I did not eat much of the food that was offered.

Room was great!!! Breakfast was ok. Bacon over sausage patties would be an improvement.

Morning staff could be more flexible with pets in the breakfast room when no other patron was there. I got scolded for having my small pet in the breakfast nook when I was the only customer there. For a $35/night pet fee, I shouldn’t have had to deal with that.

The property was an older hotel, but had been redone fairly nicely to average standards. It was very clean and the staff made up the room every day without asking. Overall, the staff was attentive, particularly the person running the breakfast buffet. The location was fantastic, on the main street with restaurants, shops and the Kennedy Museum steps away. Also, a 5 minute walk to the ferries.....perfect for those wishing to have a place to park and walk onto the boat. Did not use the pools (the outdoor pool was just being set up for the season), but both looked to be well maintained.

Although the bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were horrible. Lumpy and tiny, especially ridiculous on a king-sized bed. Bed was also rather high, not an issue with my husband and I (we are tallish), but might be a bit difficult for others. Liked that the sink was separate from the bathroom, but there was no towel bar so had to have access to the bathroom to dry your hands. Very poor design.

Location to downtown Hyannis and the ferry. It was quiet. Fresh fruit at breakfast. Daily maid service. Plenty of free parking.

They didn’t have eggs everyday on the breakfast buffet. They always had sausage but alternated potatoes and eggs. They only had flavored yogurts. I prefer Greek plain. They didn’t have hard boiled eggs.
