Location of the Inn is great. So much to do in Hyannis and all within walking distance! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately they stopped providing continental breakfast (last time we stayed a few years ago they did) but there are several places in town (walking distance). Getting into the pool building changed too. Last time we were there doors were unlocked. Now however they are locked so you either have to go upstairs and walk through the (hot) walkway or walk around the building to enter through the office. Indoor pool is heated but it makes the building and air very hot. As for our room the only thing was that the floor (no carpeting) wasnt clean. Our feet and/or socks were really dirty.

I was ill for the first few days and so spent much of the time in bed When I improved - I treated my room as a "home" The reception staff were very helpful - especially on the last 2 days - I had wished to give her a gift - but am now in UK (blush - I forgot her name). I wish I had known that there was no daily cleaning/housekeeping and also I was out of season - so many facilities were shut/closed. That was NOT the fault of the Inn - but coming from UK - I was surprised. I loved my time in Hyannis and made the Inn my "home" MMR

We had a lovely time in Hyannis. The hotel I think was shut but they gave us the instructions to let ourselves in. The pool was 10/10!! Really good. Comfy beds. Location can’t be beaten Cons were that the pillows smelt of coriander which was odd but nothing my lavender pillow spray couldn’t handle

Can't beat the location. Once I had finished my work I could walk out and find food, music and ice cream. I was surprised how late stores are open . Great WiFi internet connection no matter what time of day. The room was spacious , very clean, great desk to work at , chair to read and comfortable bed. I am not a fan of air-conditioning. Was able to turn off AC off and open windows for a cross breeze.

Totally understand and support cutting back on housekeeping, but would have been nice to have daily trash pickup

We were surprised the office closed at 8. They did let us know beforehand and we told them we'd be there right at 8 or a little after. The clerk waited and was very nice. We wanted to leave before 9 in the morning, but the office wasn't open. We had a few questions. Another employee saw me trying to put my suitcase in my car and helped and let me in the office/pool area for ice for my cooler.

I love when you enter the room how clean it is in the smell of the cleanliness I also love how big the whirlpool tub is you can fit two people it was a nice touch. We also loved that we could just walk outside and walk up and down the street and go to the shops and the restaurants nearby with walking distance we also drove 7 minutes to the Kennedy Beach it was a great stay

The location was great. There were stores, restaurants, and harbor within walking distance. The room was clean and the pool area was very comfortable. There were places within the property to sit outside and relax.

There should be bottles of complementary water in the room. There were no water or coffee or breakfast available at the Inn. The price this place charge these items should be part of it.

Location of the property was excellent, right on main street so plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Did not use the pool but it looked like a great facility. Room was clean and tidy.

The ceiling in our room had previously had a leak and had not been redecorated. Looked like it was about to burst. Too much light in the room overnight as one of the windows only had blinds and no curtains which I personally find annoying.

Room was spotless and well kept. Nice attention to details. The king bed was medium firm and comfortable. The cable selections were good after I mastered the remote. The motel was full but the overall the noise level was very low.

Sheets and bed coverings were seriously over scented. Housekeeping should consider a neutral or lightly scented detergent or fabric softener. The towels had none of this perfume smell.

Fabulous staff. Great pool area. Large room. Very large car park. Outside seating. Quick check in great location less than 3 minute walk from JFKMuseum and Kennedy trail continued with the church which we could see from the room door.

Only down side we would have liked a guest laundry. Needed to book house keeping night before but once booked that was great
