I loved staying on the harbor and seeing the boats come and go! The view from our room was great. It was also nice that there were always refreshments available in the breakfast room. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly!!

The paint on the walls in the bathroom was peeling. The screen door on the slider automatically fell into the locked position when closed, so got locked out once - luckily spouse was there to let me back in. But neither would prohibit us from coming back! Really loved it!

The bed was super comfortable! The desk attendant was very nice and the housekeeper who cleaned my room the next day, returned my AirPods that I left on the bed. That’s a 10!

In fantastic location. Staff are excellent and is a very peaceful and relaxed place to spend time. Has a maintained it’s family run, boutique feel, despite recently being sold to a large corporation.

The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms possibly could be modernised, but in all honesty, that is a minor observation and certainly wouldn’t deter me from returning or recommending to others

The location and view is beautiful. This is a wonderful hotel that has all the right stuff -- a beautiful heated outdoor pool and beautiful area, super clean rooms, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

A better breakfast option that does not require payment would be nice. We stay at many hotels and this is one of the first ones that we did not have at least a continental breakfast option that is included in the price of the room.

The breakfast was lovely with lots of nice choices. Sandy was not only hospitable but very friendly and made our stay more pleasant and fun.

The location was a little bit further and thought we could walk to the ferry terminal but with timing it was t applicable

The location, the service, and amenities are outstanding. We stayed one night and ended up coming back over the week two times more. The rooms have Cape Cod charm and the accompanying decks and balconies have wonderful chairs raised for the view. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Eva, the general manager, is the best and also made our dog feel so welcomed. Great area to walk the dog filled with new sights and sounds. Beautiful views, serene, and quiet yet walkable to some great restaurants that were also very welcoming with our dog.

Great view. Close to everything from the ferry’s to shopping and restaurants. Daily breakfast and evening happy hour was an added touch! Pool was heated and overlooking the marina. We will be back!

The rooms were a little moist/muggy.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the location was great and it is walking distance to the port for ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The room was so comfortable with the most wonderful views.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Staff execellent, facility great, location great, peaceful, caring friendly, happy happpy. Very good for teenagers, loved that they offered free smores ingredients to take out to the fireppit to make. Parking right outside, free cookies every afternoon, free tea coffee all day. Nice pool towels, all good

Perfect location, beautiful outdoor spaces, room was large and very comfortable bed.

A little snafu with booking.com, the hotel never received my booking although it was paid in full. They were able to offer a room upgrade at no extra charge. Breakfast is not free and not great. Lots of choices nearby so not a big deal
