The location is spectacular for families. There's a perfect beach, pool, activities, and it's all well kept and very private. Every staff I interacted with was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure they were helpful. The town home was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The only surprise that we weren't aware of was a parking fee— so be sure to ask about that before booking. Otherwise, we would go again!

Kitchen is old... utensils and pans are well-worn out. The dishwasher is close to dying while the microwave service request was put in. Yes, they serviced it ASAP but for the cost/night I do expect best of the stuff. Please get rid of your cheap non-stick pans (fully damaged) and get some decent stainless steel stuff. Also, I suggest to keep basic condiments in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar and oil.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. It was huge, we all got plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. There was a beautiful view on the harbour right from our room. Hotel is very beautifully located right on the water, with its own beach and lots of possibilities to walk around and enjoy the nature and the views. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, it was sad that we only stayed one night, we loved the hotel and the Cape Cod.

The fridge in the open space kitchen was extremely loud, luckily no one had to sleep in the room.

The place was very,very clean. The check in was easy, the staff was friendly & knowledgeable, so easy to work with and to answer questions . We could not find one thing we weren’t happy with, and 1 min walk to the beach! Plus free beach chairs & lounger & umbrellas…the pool was 82 just like the booking stated. We will definitely be back..

NOT A THING, wish we could have stayed longer

Wonderful staff, so friendly and welcoming. Amazing views from our accommodation and very spacious rooms for a family of 5. We loved that the activities were included such as mini golf, pool, kayak, bikes and the private beach. We had a fantastic time for our first visit to Capr Cod, thank you.

The children’s playground needed updating slightly as the metal bars had split on the climbing frames.

We loved the views and the friendliness of the staff. Our Son developed a love of fishing so one of the staff found a rod and bait for him and kept checking in on how he was doing. By far our favourite part was the freedom afforded to our children. There are bikes freely available for them to roam around the entire area, a kids club for them to try new activities (not a typical kids club) and a beach and pool for them to explore.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very friendly and informative staff. They made us feel included and welcome! I loved how child-friendly the facilities were and how the programmed events were specifically geared toward entertaining and educating children. I also appreciated the variety of outdoor activities that were available to guests. Tania was so lovely and so kind.

There was a moldy smell in the room, emanating mostly from the bathroom.

It was a beautiful old family, friendly property with lots of enjoyable amenities. The staff were very friendly, quiet and enjoyable location.

The beds were a little outdated.

The location is wonderful. It is private and peaceful. The staff is great and there were many things to do. Nice pool too.

The air conditioning in the room was hard to regulate. The decor was a bit dated but it was very clean which is most important.

Very old place, the queen bed is tiny and also the single beds. It was way overpriced.
