Everything was great! We only have two things we wanted to point out: 1) the lobby area, as in the pool door to the indoor swimming pool was filthy, as was the lobby. The lobby area by the bar was in desperate need of trash pick up and a vacuuming and there were empty wine bottles and beer cans left on the table. The front desk clerk (male) should have spent his mornings cleaning up that area to pitch in for housekeeping or other staff,while he was there. He was just standing behind the desk doing nothing as the breakfast started up. He could have used his time more wisely.

We mostly stayed in the hotel as it was raining non stop for two days. It was fine, classic best western, nothing to complain about too much. Quite big with all the amenities you would realistically need. We would come back.

It's just a general complaint about breakfasts offered in the US. This was complimentary breakfast, but the food options are all full of sugar and of very poor quality. No salads, wasteful plastic cutlery and the AC set to a very low temperature. It was universal experience and we typically had way better breakfasts even in low end hotels in Europe.

The breakfast was a mix of eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, bagels, pastries, cereals, etc. Good variety and it was good.

I did not like the sliding door to the bathroom. There was no privacy at all. The door was not set in place correctly so it did not even close all the way. Very poor feature of the room.

Rooms are a good size. The pools are great. Close to everything. Good WiFi. Room staff always available and quick to provide what you need for your room without question. Breakfast is okay. Secure location.

Bed are better than most hotels but could be softier. Parking at night is tough. Our toilet kept getting clogged. Outdoor pool closes early and indoor pool closes at 9am. Not many pool towels available.

Very good property. Quite impressed with the size of the rooms and decors. Only problem found the restroom has a sliding door and no locks. Big positive point is that it has an attached Indian Restaurant so u can enjoy great food without leaving the property.

The restroom doors can’t be locked. Sliding and lot of gaps. Good for couples but not good for family with elderly parents.

The smell of the Indian food permeating throughout the halls. The beds were too hard. I haven’t received my $100.00 deposit back.

Great food in Indian restaurant in Hotel. Freshly prepared and tasty and served in beautiful plates. Hotel is completely renovated recently including rooms, exterior all around and so looked Great. They also had 2 EV charges ( Level2) which was great to recharge overnight.

shower/toilet room does not have sink and u have to use the sink thats outside of bathroom(not a issue...just little strange). Continental breakfast was free, but the staff looked like counting for penny for keeping Paper plates, cups, spoons and keeping bagel, bread supplies. being Holiday wkend, hotel was full n keeping 10 count bagel, breads would no way be enough. And how much does this cost to buy in Store....$5 or $10...is the hotel counting to save on those....while guests pay for peak summer season rates not counting on paying $100 or $ 200 more than normal rates/ day ???

Wonderful breakfast. They kept the food area full and food fresh and nicely heated. Totally enjoyed and very clean. Rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculate. Would definitely choose Aiden again. Very pleasant at front desk.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. WE DID NOT FIND ANY TRAFFIC NOISE IN OUR ROOM, DESPITE BEING LOCATED ON RT. 28.

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LIMITED PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES. SOMETHING SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE WALL OR PLACED IN THE ROOM. THE LACK OF ANY CLOSET SPACE WAS BAD. THE BREAKFAST WAS FAIR. THE PASTRIES WERE TERRIBLE. WE WENT TO DUNKIN DONUTS SEVERAL MORNINGS.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We loved the decor of the rooms.

We were given a different room than what we reserved on booking. We had already settled in when I brought it to their attention. They did offer to let us change rooms. We decided not to pack up and change rooms.
