First impression, huh, bad choice - construction area at the left and the overall outside appearance was a bit, well, unsettling. This initial feeling gave way to more comforting ones pretty quick. The construction site, though not a pretty view, was actually only a temporary place for storage purposes and the room was bright, clean and seem well maintained, with a little kitchenette. And the location, with a few steps to the ocean was perfect. And even the outside condition became somewhat charming after the realization that Cape Cod isn't Miami Beach and so there is no need to compare it this way - it stands it's own character that soon developed to our liking. And the folks at the hotel brought there very own note with their distinct humor. What you may also like the the restaurant just around the corner and the little breakfast boutique a little farther west down the street - it's certainly recommendable.

Beds were so comfortable! Clean nice smelling bath products and a make up cloth. Sweet touch. Pleasant area lovely . Met nicest guests also. Our dog was welcime and there is a beach Marconi Beach about 45 mins from hotel and so welcoming to dogs and great waves soft sand. Cape cod baseball games 10 min away and our grandson had a blast!! We even went to Butlers sports store and bought him a glove great prices for the ganes. The players are so wonderful to the kids! Not enough time to enjoy the pool

Clean! Excellent location! Linens so soft. Shower and tub! Water pressure so good for rinsing hair. Air conditioner strong. Overall quiet. Front office staff kind and supportive - Ramesh at desk. And housekeeping staff-Ana very accommodating with requests.

You can hear noise above you, like people walking and chairs moving as the building is not sound proof. Maybe give the outside of hotel another coat of paint.

Our room was very clean and decorated in an inviting way. The staff is excellent! The front desk and housekeeping crew were friendly and thorough. The location was nice being a very short walk to the beach and the town is only a short drive. There is a small outdoor pool which never seemed very busy.

The only potentially negative aspect of the property I can think of is the mini fridge in the room, but let’s be real — bring a cooler! It is not that big of a deal! You can still fit a few small things in there.

Great staff. Very accomodating and just awesome humans. They made the stay worth it. Suite was roomy and well decorated. Beach is across the street. Walking distance to the town.

It is a cape style 2 level motel although rennovated. I had the suite which was roomy and nice but if I had a regular room would have been disappointed. Terrible mini fridge - they need to change this out asap (never seen one this small). No views from lodge. Didn’t use pool but very small - if I had brought my family would have been disappointed because pool area is so small - but again it is cape lodging so not typical hotel. No elevator. Not my favorite beaches on the cape. More of personal preference but worth noting.

Location is great. Easy to get around Cape Cod and across the street from the beach.

The bathroom window is frosted but I didn’t feel like I had a lot of privacy. The window is located by the walkway and the outside lights lit up the bathroom at night. No need to turn on the inside lights lit up because it was so bright in there at night.

Proximity to the beach, staff was courteous and helpful, room was small but clean and comfortable. Coffee was available all morning.

In room fridge wasn't really cold, we brought a cooler, and there was plenty of ice available. If I'm being picky, lights over the bed we're to far up to reach without getting up to shut them, a pull type switch will a long pull would have been better. Again, being picky, coffee all day would be nice.

What a wonderful place. It's location across from the beach is very convenient. It saves you $20 a day in beach parking fees. We had a view overlooking the pool and a table and chairs just outside the door. Around the pool are comfortable loungers and couches. I even got a cute journal upon check-in. The biggest plus hands down is the staff. Darca (I'm sorry if I misspelled) and Natalie (I hope I got that right) are simply tremendous. At every turn they were helpful, joyful and a pleasure to be around. They took extra care to make sure my father was comfortable. I truly thank you all.

Hotel was walking distance to beach. The room had updated bedding and hardwood/laminate floors. The bathroom was very clean and up to date. There was a microwave, very small refrigerator and plenty of storage. There is a pool which was clean and possibly heated. The pool area was very pretty with lots of lounge chairs.

Room did have a little musty smell to it. Maybe that's to be expected when you are so close to the ocean. Refrigerator was very small. Could only fit about 5-6 water bottles in it.
