amenities where lacking., not much vending to choose from.Didn't know if the room was going to be made up or not, getting a coffee earlier in the morning. went down to get a coffee in the morning 7;45 coffee wasn't ready, no problem, shortly there after a regular comes down gets small talks the attendant goes over fills a couple of large coffee mugs. I looked over and see that it is still brewing, I wait when it stops the pot is in the warming tray I go get a coffee about 7'55 and the attendent says to me we aren't not open till 8,

Well located near all conveniences. Nice beach. The sun deck seemed weird at first but the glass walls make an awesome wind-break and it was quite comfortable sitting out there on a blustery day. Room was comfortable enough. Fireplace was a nice idea but did not have a chance to use it.

Rooms not smartly designed for long stays or multiple people (inefficient use of space; bathroom vanity made no sense; balcony barely could seat 1 person). Building is quite old and creaky -- I went during shoulder-season but can understand other reviewers' complaints about likely noise from other guests in peak months. I'd rate this in the "modest motel" category.

We booked at the last minute after friends needed to cancel plans. We loved that booking online was easy; the price was more than fair for an off-season beach resort. Our room was clean and large - with a door to close between the kitchenette and the bedroom. The fridge was oversized for a hotel fridge, which we appreciated. The hot dog and ice cream socials were a nice bonus, although we did not partake.

If the kitchen could have one more amenity, I would ask that it have a single induction plate and a pan for cooking - or a flat air fryer oven (like I have at home). I can understand that fire codes may prevent such a thing, but other time-share properties with similar amenities have multi-burner cooktops.

I did not get any breakfast - didn't know they had it. The staff was polite but not overly accommodating. My room had decent amenities and there was a lot of space. I was bummed because it was very blustery when I was there, so I was not able to enjoy a typical beach resort experience.

It felt like there were SO many rules. I accidentally overslept and was disappointed they only let me extend my checkout by 30 minutes and someone was still knocking at my door before that time was up - I felt a bit unappreciated as a guest. It wasn't even full season yet. It was a Monday and I know the place was not fully booked - there were so many empty parking spots! I traveled solo and only stayed one night, but I feel the place would be better enjoyed with friends or family, and for a longer stay to really enjoy the experience.

Location is perfect with a private beach and many amenities (pool, hot tub, activities room). The kitchenette was very convenient and the rooms are cozy. I particularly appreciated the farmhouse doors that not only saved room within the space, but also served as a light blocking source from the early morning sun.

The resort calls early in the morning (and wakes you up) to try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. Unfortunately, the area outside our particular room was where the laundry totes go, so it was very loud between laundry being tossed in them making frequent thumping sounds but also because the staff were shouting to each other while working. The dial on the alarm clock in my room was missing so I had no way to turn off the alarm which went off every 10 minutes starting from 6am until I finally unplugged it from the wall. Checkout time of 10am was far too early given all those interruptions to sleep, and no late check out, even for a fee, is available

Michelle, the concierge of activities was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond for us providing us with lots of info for our stay. From beaches to restaurants to thrifting to Lavender farms. We also like our room on the second floor. Everything was great even though the weather didn't cooperate. We have been coming here for over 5 years. We will be back again.

Right on the beach! We enjoyed daily morning walks on the beach. There's a nice seafood place in a walking distance. Room was comfortable size for three of us. There's an activity room for kids and adults. The swimming pool offers the beach views. Pool water was very comfortable temperature. There's a hot tub too!

I understand this is privately owned place but they go a bit overboard. Towels must picked up in a separate room (not at the pool). $5 charge for the lost room key, etc.

I loved the room, the views , the outdoor space with the wind breakers, the enclosed heated outdoor pool, and the indoor common space

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but it would’ve been nice to have actual furniture right on the beach itself also There was a bench and that was nice so more benches or chases on the beach itself would be amazing

For a place directly on the beach in Prime time the price was reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised when we enter our “queen room” and found a suite exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean, with a great view of the ocean. Bathroom was not huge but more than adequate with good size walk in shower. The front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful.

I can’t say it’s a complaint but the only thing I could have wanted was a slightly larger deck space. It would be nice to have something to accommodate 2 people but there is plenty of room in the common areas by the beach. Plenty of lounges and table and chairs on a deck surrounded by clear panels that block the wind.

We love it here so much and this family suite was beyond my expectations. The gorgeous window that was the length of the room overlooking the ocean was magical.

The only thing that was an issue was the bed and pull out were very very hard I think they need an update because I’ve stayed before a few times and the other rooms the ends weren’t so hard. Other than that we absolutely loved it.
