Didn’t have breakfast at hotel

Soap and tray for it were slimey. Need to get a new kind of soap dish. Didn’t like having to pay to park my car.

everything in this place is excellent! we are delighted with the view! I was only sad because I paid for the room with the terrace, and they put me on the top floor! my husband prefers it on top! more because of our daughter I preferred below! other than that it's ok!

I didn't like the breakfast! as I'm Brazilian, I usually eat tastier things! I didn't have much choice, and it was super expensive for little!

Proximity to the beach. Access to facilities. It was like an all inclusive resort.

Charge a crazy amount for a buffet breakfast that was not good quality and limited in choices. It was cheaper to go to Dunkin’ or McD’s and everyone could choose what they liked.

the parking fee was annoying to say the least. being hit with a surprise $50 fee at check in felt very sneaky. just include it in the rate! don’t add it in as a fee later. we have stayed here three times and this was the first time we got hit with a parking fee it just felt like you were trying to pull one over. not good!!!!!

Staff were great except for the check in process. Light in bathroom and the screen door were broken. But the resort itself is nice.

Given the wrong keys at check in and the process took a bit long. You have to check in at blue water

Beachfront with beautiful views. Nice pool and green space.

Cleaning services for a 5 night stay included what they called light touch and only included removing soiled linens and towels. Except our sheets were never changed which would have been fine if the floors were ever swept or vacuumed. Instead we had sand in our sheets and all over the floor. I mean, it’s a beachfront property - this is a foreseeable issue. Vacuum the floors or at least put a broom in the room for guests to try to manage the mess.

The property is absolutely beautiful located directly on the beach with an adorable, kid friendly outdoor pool and a quaint indoor pool/hot tub. Both outdoor and indoor pools are heated as well which is a big plus! The rooms are adorable with a modern-beach theme and many rooms have very nice balconies with views of the pool or ocean.

The breakfast cafe, although they have a partially covered outdoor patio area, had only a few indoor tables.

The property was great. It was right next to the beach and there were plenty of lounge chairs.

The on-sight drinks and food were very expensive. Also, a gratuity was added automatically and it was not obviously posted. You literally had to read the fine print and that was deceptive.

The facilities and property were amazing. Made it worth the price having an indoor and outdoor pool and being on the beach.

The rooms are musty and outdated. I can live with it because the facilities are amazing but if I came int he off-season, I would be disappointed for the cost.

Location. Having a room just meters from the beach, which is also fantastic, is priceless. Special recognition of the cleaning staff. They were very helpful and friendly. I'll come back for sure.
