Clean, tidy, with cooking facilities which suited our needs on this occasion and access at super reasonable prices to a washer and drier meant we could travel light and remain clean!

This is more to do with the time of year we visited and not having a car so this meant we had to rely on the local bus service which was grand though space due to the time of year so walking as we hoped to see things was a bit out of the question and when we inquired about bike rental as a fall back option we were told it wasn’t possible- but first world problems really- we would know to double check a venue’s proximity to the town next visit

The location was ideal! If you like birds, this is a great place to go for birdwatching. An easy walk to a great mini-golf course and a quick ride to access shopping and other activities! The room had the best linens and blanket I have ever experienced at a hotel. There was a full sized fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and cabinets with glassware, plates and utensils. Even a table with two chairs to sit on. Our view from the room was the parking lot but you could see an osprey nest and it made my stay to watch! The balcony was perfect too! The pull out couch was a great addition and did the job just fine. Overall 10/10 experience

For the most part we did love the property! It takes some getting used to that the front desk is only available 8a-8p but any issues can be addressed with their on call service.

Quiet facility and 2 bedroom unit was comfortable had everything we needed for a friends get away. 2 1/2 baths, king bed and 2 full beds was perfect. 3 tvs. Beds super comfortable. Kitchenette had what we needed for snacks and small meals.

Property is clean but shared halls and carpet a little worn. No elevator. Wish there was a toaster oven vs toaster. Also tvs were older so no streaming options.

We loved the location, the room, the views from the room, and the gardens that were on the water. We enjoyed the fact that there was a small kitchen and we could eat all together. The room was cleaned and comfortable with new updated furniture. The pool was lovely, and the kids enjoyed it. All together, highly recommended....

Wifi was not strong... and was constantly disconnecting.

Nice location convenient to many attractions/activities. Near the main road but set back a bit so there wasn't much noise from traffic. Very clean and well-maintained facility. We got a very reasonable rate for our two-night(Sunday and Monday)stay during probably the busiest month of the year on the Cape.

Great location, plenty of parking, clean facility and room, spacious room with amenities, community room with pool table, tv, and kitchen. Great view of river with areas to barbecue and relax with family. Pleasant and friendly staff also very helpful.

The property was extremely clean. I loved all there was for my kids to do. We had a great stay.

I loved everything about the property. I do wish the fitness center opened earlier than 8, but honestly no complaints.

It was a hidden gem, I came across it quite unexpectedly. I come to the cape quite often on season and occasionally off season also. I was looking for a specific amenities and came across you my stay was wonderful.

I honestly can't say that I found anything I didn't like.

Without being in the middle of the buzz, it was easy to get around the areas of Cape Cod. The facilities hotel offered were awesome! And the staff always happy to help out.
