The property was beautiful and right on the beach - which was so convenient.

This is a family resort and I do not believe it was communicated on their site. Many large groups and a lot of small children. The pool is packed with kids running around and if you’re there to relax - would recommend looking for a different spot. Large loud groups - a kid even pulled the fire alarm one night when i was there. They also used some blue substance in the pool which got on all our bathing suits.

It was a great location and the staff were very nice.

I felt like the hotel charged for everything. Parking cost $25 a night. An extra cot in the room was $25 a night. The restaurant was expensive so we bought lunch at the resort and brought dinners in. A strawberry daiquiri cost $24 as did a half size virgin strawberry daiquiri.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The facilities were clean and well appointed. The beach was gorgeous and there were a lot of activities every day to keep the kids entertained.

The ocean water had more seaweed than we would have liked (my kids were too small to go past it in the water) and the food was mostly just mediocre.

It was very convenient to the beach to the shopping areas and restaurants.

That there was a parking fee. It should be all included in the price of the room. Plus, we had a very hard time finding parking because of other events going on at the resort. We were also told by the front desk we were better staying at the resort instead of leaving because of the parking situation. Ordered uber eats and it was expensive and not good unfortunately.

The property was well maintained and appointed. The common areas never felt overcrowded even though it was a sold out weekend. Rooms were nice and loved the area.

Didn’t realize there’d be so many children, it was a lot at times. Screaming, crying, kicking up sand. All that made it a challenge to relax.

Friendly staff, excellent location, beautiful views and sunset. We ate in the bar and the bartender was very helpful and pleasant, as were the staff at the check-in and check-out desk. Overall we were very happy; we particularly enjoyed just walking along the lovely beach, enjoying the big sky and the endless water...

Was originally put in a room by the indoor pool, which was pretty noisy with a lot of comings and goings. We asked if it was possible to be moved to a riverside view, which Enzo kindly arranged for us the next day. Thanks Enzo! Our second room was lovely with a sensational view, and was quiet, until some noisy neighbours turned up with babies crying and kids running around. That's not a complaint, obviously its just the luck of the draw, but it would be good if their was a designated adults section for those that just want to hear the seabirds! Would advise potential guests to ask where they will be situated.

The beach, the pavilion and entertainment, the outside room patio, and indoor pool.

The resort should try to put adults together and families with small children together. The last 2 nights all we heard was stomping, running and banging. We also wanted to use the outdoor pool but again it was full of young children. The resort should have a time for adults only.

Great welcoming staff. We needed a couple of things and everyone took care of it, no problem 😍 our view was beautiful!!

After hearing it was newly renovated, I thought it did not reflect resort level at all . If not for the ocean front, I would consider it just average in the rooms. Didn't realize there was going to be a resort fee above the cost of the room.

Perfect location! The beach, pools, spa, restaurant are all right there. And the servers come right to your chair to make sure that you have any food, drinks or umbrellas that you want. Great place!! we will be back

We had everything that we could have wanted. I wouldn't change a thing.

The hotel property if beautiful. A great spot for kids. Lots of tide pools and fishing spots. Our children spent hours searching for little creatures. We found a ton of hermit crabs interesting shells and a big horseshoe crab. The kids activities were great. My boys really liked the gaming truck. I also highly recommend the riverside rooms. Beautiful views of the river/marshes with a little beach and dock for fishing. Great sunsets as well!

The food wasn’t the best quality. Small portions and overpriced. I would recommend visiting local restaurants and breakfast places.
