Friendly staff, excellent location, beautiful views and sunset. We ate in the bar and the bartender was very helpful and pleasant, as were the staff at the check-in and check-out desk. Overall we were very happy; we particularly enjoyed just walking along the lovely beach, enjoying the big sky and the endless water...

Was originally put in a room by the indoor pool, which was pretty noisy with a lot of comings and goings. We asked if it was possible to be moved to a riverside view, which Enzo kindly arranged for us the next day. Thanks Enzo! Our second room was lovely with a sensational view, and was quiet, until some noisy neighbours turned up with babies crying and kids running around. That's not a complaint, obviously its just the luck of the draw, but it would be good if their was a designated adults section for those that just want to hear the seabirds! Would advise potential guests to ask where they will be situated.

It was very convenient to the beach to the shopping areas and restaurants.

That there was a parking fee. It should be all included in the price of the room. Plus, we had a very hard time finding parking because of other events going on at the resort. We were also told by the front desk we were better staying at the resort instead of leaving because of the parking situation. Ordered uber eats and it was expensive and not good unfortunately.

The beach, the pavilion and entertainment, the outside room patio, and indoor pool.

The resort should try to put adults together and families with small children together. The last 2 nights all we heard was stomping, running and banging. We also wanted to use the outdoor pool but again it was full of young children. The resort should have a time for adults only.

The $25 per day parking fee is robbery. I was only told about this fee at checkout. I have NEVER had to pay for parking at a resort EVER!!

The hotel property if beautiful. A great spot for kids. Lots of tide pools and fishing spots. Our children spent hours searching for little creatures. We found a ton of hermit crabs interesting shells and a big horseshoe crab. The kids activities were great. My boys really liked the gaming truck. I also highly recommend the riverside rooms. Beautiful views of the river/marshes with a little beach and dock for fishing. Great sunsets as well!

The food wasn’t the best quality. Small portions and overpriced. I would recommend visiting local restaurants and breakfast places.

After hearing it was newly renovated, I thought it did not reflect resort level at all . If not for the ocean front, I would consider it just average in the rooms. Didn't realize there was going to be a resort fee above the cost of the room.

The staff, pool, and other facilities were beautiful. The room was clean but just average for the price. It's definitely a great place to bring kids.

I didn't like that everything cost extra from coffee to water for the room. Most hotels have a free coffee/tea station. I would have thought for the price we paid per night that some basic things would have been included.

The location was perfect for us, and the beachfront room was exceptional, right on the beach with a beautiful view and just a short walk to the ocean. The beach was beautifully accommodated with chairs and umbrellas too which I appreciated.

The room was just a very standard room and could use some updating and refreshing, particularly for the cost of the room. The bathtub needs replacing at the very least, and fresh carpeting is a must.

I loved the events, the service, the people, and the staff. It felt safe and everything was kept nice. The service lady, Izabel, was super nice and always there when we needed her. Thank for an amazing stay!

The bed was way too squishy, I was sinking in. Parking lot should have reserved spots for every room or a little bigger lot.

we loved the location! lots of beachfront and located near many great restaurants! The staff at the front desk was great (I think his name is Elias).

We really have no complaints except that we had to switch rooms because the hot water in our shower was not working—that was a bit inconvenient. We loved the outdoor fire and meeting people—perhaps it can stay “lit” until 11…it was turned off at 10.
