The pool and jacuzzi was awesome also it was empty which was awesome the free breakfast is always a plus the lobby is fantastic decorations and the vibe was just great unlimited hot coffee your whole stay warm cookies at 8pm and the 3 person whirlpool jacuzzi tub in the hotel room itself was really relaxing especially being able to watch a movie while lounging in it. 10 of 10 would go again and again this was my second time

No disappointments at all

What we enjoyed was the location of the hotel. It was within a short walking distance of restaurants and stores. It also was a short drive to the beach and other local attractions. As we brought a dog, we appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. There was a nice area outside to walk our dog. Even though we didn't get a chance to visit the indoor and outdoor pools, the other guests gave great reviews. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic every day. That was one less meal we had to think about.

The only thing that can't be helped is the hotel entrance and exit are on a main road. Luckily there was always someone open to letting us cut in, but sometimes it's a bit of a wait to get out of the parking lot. So, that's something to remember if you have somewhere to be.

The manager who first greeted us (a woman) she was amazing & so king and helpful. She checked us in, got my other family members into rooms earlier than scheduled check in and just was very helpful. She was also very kind every time we saw her around the property!

However there was a male employee who was very rude and was definitely having a bad day or doesn’t like his job because he was not kind at all. He was not willing to help with much at all and his facial expressions & tone were always negative.

Pool in a hot tub where great, kids loved the 8:00 a.m. cookies and able to watch a movie and play games while they had their snack, breakfast had many options and was well stocked

The conditioner in my shower was empty, but I had brought my own so it wasn't a big deal. It may have been a problem had I not brought my own items.

Location was perfect The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was challenging. If you got there late, there was nothing to eat that you would want just some toast and a banana or two and oatmeal. You definitely have to get there an hour before ending.

Friendly warm reception and atmosphere! Coffee always available, christmas decorations and local beers available for purchase. Large room with comfy beds, everything clean but the decor is a wee bit dated. Felt very safe. Hot tub was nice and we used the pool too. Lovely stay.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was in good condition and clean. The breakfast was also very good and convenient. Overall my stay was pleasant

I wish that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Also the room temperature was back n forth ...hot and then cool. Never stayed at set temperature.

My kids loved the pool, the cookies at night, and breakfast was fantastic. Bonus coffee all day, which we love and need with 2 little ones.

The pool towels are like face towels :( and there's never enough of them. I had to keep asking every time we used the pool. We asked for the room to be cleaned and it never happened.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The bed linens were of a good quality. Loved the breakfast!

The mattresses were extremely firm, and creaked! The refrigerator was noisy. It was difficult to adjust the bathroom faucet without water spraying all over the counter.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the place was immaculate. I also enjoyed the home made chocolate chip cookies they put out at night for their guests. Check in and check out were a breeze.

My only minor complaint was the lack of cups in the fitness room (they have a water cooler, but no cups).
