Front desk staff was friendly the continental breakfast was good.

The mold on the outside of building on the white trim panels of the windows , one of the bellhops carts held together with a zip tie the room smelled musty when we first checked in had to check out a day earlier for a family emergency wish I could have gotten some kind of a credit on the stay for the remaining day

We were pleased with the service at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was impeccably clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Not to mention the great location, close to the best attractions such as Fins Up! Water Park. Amazing

The heated pool could be cleaner.

I did not see any wear and tear in the room, i.e. peeling wallpaper, paint, etc. Room was very clean, maid service every 3rd day, bathroom nice and big

LOVED everything about this place! we go to the cape every now and then because I have work here periodically and i bring my family with me. we stayed at a bunch of other local hotels including one with a famous indoor water park. Honestly I wish we had stumbled upon Fairfield Inn much earlier! definitely will only stay here moving forward. First, location: literally can’t beat it! Just a few steps from Cape Cod mall which has a ton of kid and adult friendly attractions. Second: the hotel: the rooms are spacious, extremely clean, the little touches like microwave in the room, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner type way more superior and easier to use than other chain hotels which have much smaller bottles and the ones with dispensers stuck on the wall are harder to use. This place was quiet, breakfast was good, beds amazingly comfortable and clean.

Clean room, very comfortable. Great breakfast, loved location next to the mall. It made for convenient shopping and dining options.

Breakfast options are best the earlier you arrive. Day 1, we went to the lobby around 7:30. This was perfect timing!

The AC leaked and wetted the rug.
