Spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen area, very convenient parking. There's a supermarket next door and a great breakfast / lunch diner across the road. Fairly easy drive to the beaches and centre of Hyannis. Good base for exploring Cape Cod.

To UK visitors, the term 'resort' might set certain expectations. To us this felt like essentially a motel-style set up, directly adjoining a busy road. There's an indoor pool and an area for games and BBQ etc., so you could have a fairly relaxing time on site. But it's a very car-based lifestyle, so we used it as a base to explore Hyannis and the rest of Cape Cod.

Everything was so perfect. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we ever had at a hotel. The terrace was wonderful. The living room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable. The pool was perfectly heated and a wonderful size. We loved everything about the Cape Winds resort and will certainly recommend it to whoever goes to Cape Cod.

The staff at Cape Winds Resort was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space, and the pool was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently located, with a supermarket close by, restaurants and shops in the vicinity, and central Hyannis a short drive away.

The carpeting on the staircase has to go, but that's about the only thing I can think of in terms of constructive criticism.

Brian was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Our suite had drainage issues and maintenance wasn't available so he upgraded us to a two-story king suite instead for no additional charge. Pool is clean and a nice size, jacuzzi was super relaxing after a long day of driving and the beach. Highly recommend!

Price was a little steep but the upgraded room made up for that.

Liked the cleanliness and safety. The lady at the front desk was very vigilant about pool safety, sure it would have been convenient to have kids in the hot tub as it was hotter than the pool, but rules are important for safety. Keep up the good work! The door to the balcony was so clean, it looked like there was no glass haha!

Would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the rooms.

It was quiet and comfy, plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The cabana in the back was peaceful and beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There was a grocery in walking distance and we found a fruit market nearby. Equidistant for visiting both south and north Cape.

If you ever get to update and can afford it, please put in smart tv with streaming. That's just my wish list and the cherry on top.

It was perfect for my family (husband and two toddlers). I also liked that the pool was indoors. We went for a a couple days when it rained and that worked out perfectly. The staff was very nice and let us bring guests (our family members) to use to the pool with us.

It was clean. It was stocked appropriately and anything needed you could get right next door at the grocery store. The bed was comfortable. And the location was perfect. The price was right.

I don't have any dislikes about the property .

We loved the amenities the property offers and it’s location. Literally across the street from a great breakfast spot and seafood market. This place have a pool, hot tub and gym inside the check in building. So walking back to our apartment after swimming was a bit cold! But not to bad. We will definitely be back!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities such as the hot tub and pool, as well as several seating areas and games were great. Despite having guests on each side of us at points, there was very little noise.

A little dated, and the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable.
