Location fabulous. Staff was fabulous.

The other guests were absolutely awful! I have never been more upset by how people treated hotel staff in my life. Hospitality is one of the hardest jobs to work in. The woman who ran the front desk did not skip a beat when rude, self-centered guests bursted out in outrage over a towel. Swearing , skipped the check in line, snapped her fingers. It was awful. Being a fellow guest myself I was truly embarrassed at how the staff was treated . The woman at the front desk never even blinked an eye she continued with not only a smile but a true love her job. I will stay again. The staff was that nice. But some of the guests. I'd rather never have to see again.

I like the toiletries in the bathroom, like that had a heater(warmer) running in the hallway to go to and from the rooms. I also like how Ms. Sophia, was so helpful for my family and friends. I felt as though she went above and beyond. The water was in the room free of charge. They not only had coffee but hot chocolate as well.

Not keeping the floor dry or have a fan going so don’t fall on the wet floors.

staff didn’t have great customer service when check in my voucher did not explain and spent around 90 for lunch and then ate breakfast spent 70 and wanted to use a 10 voucher went to desk and didn’t want to help it was the Costomer service also when asking about restaurants in area not helpful

We really felt like we were at a tropical resort! Such a fun vibe! We loved the Landshark Bar & Grill, Arcade and the different events hosted in the ballrooms. The rooms are beautiful with such attention to detail. The hallways can be a bit noisy, but we found the rooms were very sound proof. We are looking forward to a return visit!

The renovation is amazing! The staff was still working out a few kinks which is to be expected.

They no longer include the waterpark with all bookings. Be aware of that! We were used to the cape codder where the water park was always included.

Great for the kids

Booked through Priceline, total price was almost $100 over the Priceline $$. Resort fee and all additional taxes,at least 3 taxes??? Not disclosed on booking. That being said I could have missed the very very fine print. The norm these days!!! Not much we can do there, but when on a budget it was a shock. Kids had a great time, set up was perfect for families with kids!!! Had breakfast at the hearth & kettle, sorry to say would not recommend, should have went across the street to Dunkin’s.

Great location. The restaurant was excellent as was our server bar tender Dave. The restaurant was excellent. The property is beautiful and very well kept. Most of the staff were wonderful.

The rooms are in serious need of updating. It was very pricey for the condition of the rooms. The life guard at the pool was extremely rude and discourteous. We have service dogs and she refused us entrance without word just pointing to get out.

It's a beautiful new Hotel. The water park and arcade are a kids, and some adults, paradise . The rooms are nice . I loved the bathroom.

The outside doors were unlocked so anyone could access where the guest rooms are. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The coffee maker didn't brew hot coffee.

I like everything the staffs was a A+ the cleaning was perfect.

I didn’t like the fact they have only one restaurant for the resort, the place is too big and too busy for only one restaurant, they need to add more, maybe a steakhouse will be perfect for the place.
