The Breakfast was good everyday. Short driving distance to the stores/shops. The pool & hot tub were nice to have.

The EV charger was not working & this was 1 of the main reasons for booking this hotel. There was no sidewalks and/or trails to go for a walk around. Also, we recommend getting some benches by the pond and to get some better lighting on the deck of the pool.

Front desk staff very friendly, pool was very nice though I was surprised to see that the hot tub was no longer available. Did not know that pool area had a sauna, a nice surprise. Other than that, bed was comfortable, clock time was off on the alarm clock but for the value, a clean comfortable room.

Will say it was a bit of a disappointment that disabled access rooms had exterior doors, would have preferred interior access, had I known that and prepaid in advance I would have found other accommodations as that is a security risk in my opinion. Other major disappointment was there was no hot water to make tea or hot chocolate at breakfast buffet. Not everyone in New England drinks coffee.

Hotel is a nice, well maintained property that is still being remodeled. It’s tucked off of the main road so its quiet but close to stores and some restaurants. Its also less than a 10 min drive to downtown Hyannis. Indoor pull area is very nice and it also has a hot tub and sauna, this is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at with a sauna so nice feature. There is also a bathroom and shower in the pool room as well as an outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and a few tables.

When we stayed there we were told at check in that they do not provide maid service for the duration of your stay unless it’s requested a day in advance. Not a big deal but we did have to walk down to the front desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper a few times.

A full breakfast with hot and cold options, waffles and pancakes, was offered at this hotel. The pool was spacious and the in room amenities were great. I had never stayed at this part of the Cape before, but found the location to be convenient for the activities I had planned during this visit. They allowed a late check out when requested and were very friendly.

The only thing that could have been improved would have been the temperature of the hot tub, which wasn't really hot. We didn't get to use the sauna since the same people stayed in there for a very long time, so perhaps adding a sign with a time limit for use could be considered.

The room was very clean, with the little extras that are important. The breakfast was exceptional! This isn't your standard hotel/motel breakfast, but an actual full buffet with all the options that make for great choices. And the coffee was deelicious.

The only thing I would change would be to add milk options for the coffee. They only had the little half-n-half creamers, but if that's my only complaint I'll take it.

Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast very good. Lydia makes sure you have enough coffee, bread and everything in the morning. 🥰 Big pool with warm water. I'll miss sauna as well. Rooms spacious and very clean. Big parking lot. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus. Stores around the hotel. Everything was perfect!

The property was clean. The staffs was excellent exceptional ,very courteous, very friendly, very professional. From the Monica evening to the Marvin night to Alex morning staff all give excellent service . 😊Sharlette at breakfast she is very friendly and thoughtful and very enthusiastic and super attentive and helpful. Excellent people skills making me feel very welcome. And don’t want to leave. I will definitely be staying here again. Very happy 😃

Breakfast was very good and organized very friendly staff.

I was not aware that you have to request house cleaning service when you check-in. I was out most of the day came back late afternoon / early evening and the room was not cleaned / services. Very frustrating to have to go down to front desk and get clean towels, etc.

Clean, breakfast for fresh and proper temp, didn’t have to look for anyone to fill up serving trays.

They should let people know to leave out the back way of you are traveling south on the Cape since they are on a divided one way… If you go out the back and take a right it brings to the intersection further up the road vs going backwards and then coming back on the other side.
