The Breakfast was good everyday. Short driving distance to the stores/shops. The pool & hot tub were nice to have.

The EV charger was not working & this was 1 of the main reasons for booking this hotel. There was no sidewalks and/or trails to go for a walk around. Also, we recommend getting some benches by the pond and to get some better lighting on the deck of the pool.

Hotel is a nice, well maintained property that is still being remodeled. It’s tucked off of the main road so its quiet but close to stores and some restaurants. Its also less than a 10 min drive to downtown Hyannis. Indoor pull area is very nice and it also has a hot tub and sauna, this is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at with a sauna so nice feature. There is also a bathroom and shower in the pool room as well as an outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and a few tables.

When we stayed there we were told at check in that they do not provide maid service for the duration of your stay unless it’s requested a day in advance. Not a big deal but we did have to walk down to the front desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper a few times.

A full breakfast with hot and cold options, waffles and pancakes, was offered at this hotel. The pool was spacious and the in room amenities were great. I had never stayed at this part of the Cape before, but found the location to be convenient for the activities I had planned during this visit. They allowed a late check out when requested and were very friendly.

The only thing that could have been improved would have been the temperature of the hot tub, which wasn't really hot. We didn't get to use the sauna since the same people stayed in there for a very long time, so perhaps adding a sign with a time limit for use could be considered.

The property was clean. The staffs was excellent exceptional ,very courteous, very friendly, very professional. From the Monica evening to the Marvin night to Alex morning staff all give excellent service . 😊Sharlette at breakfast she is very friendly and thoughtful and very enthusiastic and super attentive and helpful. Excellent people skills making me feel very welcome. And don’t want to leave. I will definitely be staying here again. Very happy 😃

To be honest it could do well with more attention to details.

Clean, breakfast for fresh and proper temp, didn’t have to look for anyone to fill up serving trays.

They should let people know to leave out the back way of you are traveling south on the Cape since they are on a divided one way… If you go out the back and take a right it brings to the intersection further up the road vs going backwards and then coming back on the other side.

Clean well lit, at night. Comfortable bed. Amole, hot breakfast. Accommodating, pleasant desk clerk and room staff.

Long hallways, stairs can be challenging for traveler with more than one piece of luggage. One elevator is available near main lobby, but halls are long. Passkey was tricky, had to put everything in ground to apply multiple times to enter from outside.

Great location, great breakfast, easy access to attractions and main routes.

Did not like that you had to request house keeping and I did request house keeping for multiple days and did not receive it. Would have preferred if house keeping was automatic with the stay.

It was the first time I was on vacation alone. The primary reason was to rest and have a moment just for myself. Although some expectations were not met due to remodeling and perhaps other reasons, my stay was calm and safe. Thank you.

The price because I expected to have a better room. Maybe there are other details, but I don't want to mention them. They were not a hindrance to me having time for myself.

Room was missing a trash can and instructions for TV and internet. Floor became gritty from dirt tracked in, should be mats for shoe cleaning outside or inside door.

The pool and sauna were nice and clean. The room was clean.

The carpet in the hallway had bleach spots. The bed was too hard, kept tossing during the night. The bathroom was extremely small. The TV remote didn’t work well.
