We’ve stayed at Pelham on Main a few times now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive to West Dennis Beach, which makes it super convenient if you want to spend time by the ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property itself has a nice charm with its landscaping, and the pool is a great spot to unwind after the beach. What we also love is that there are plenty of breakfast spots and restaurants nearby, so you never run out of choices for good food. Every time we’ve been here, the place has been spotless and well maintained. It’s the kind of place that feels welcoming and reliable, you know you’ll have a good stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Small rooms. Pricey

Our room was renovated beautifully. The pool was warm and clean. Towels were fluffy and plentiful. Bed was comfortable. We were able to use the beach and pool at the Pelham House because there was only a small wedding there that weekend.

It's on a very main thoroughfare with lots of motorcycles and trucks. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. One of my biggest hotel pet peeves... please put a full mirror near an outlet in the room outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. Lastly, there are many weekends when guests cannot use the facilities at The Pelham House because of large weddings. Use of the facilities was literally the only reason we stayed there.

The location was great and the rooms were a good size. The renovation was well done.

1. I went to the pool twice (4pm and 10am) and there were zero towels available both times. I went to the front desk and they didn’t have any either. 2. The pool was dirty (leaves and branches) both times I went to it. 3. There did not appear to be any staff on hand overnight and the people above us were loud until 1am and then started up again at 6am.

I did not know there was breakfast, so we went to a breakfast place that was great. The location was perfect for everything and will definitely return.

The floor in the room felt sandy and we were not at the beach because our stay was only for two days. I think it needed to swept with the soft dry swifter broom. I walked barefooted in the room and my feet got really black i had to wash them. Everything else was excellent.

The hotel was recently completely renovated and it shows. It's really clean, bright and adorable. Our room was very comfortable and we loved having a refrigerator and microwave (though some basic utensils and plates/bowls would be welcome). The pool area is really pretty and the pool itself is fantastic: clean, not overly chlorinated, and a great temperature. The staff is friendly and responsive, especially to texts which made things really easy. And the free shuttle service to the other Pelham properties was the icing on the cake. The driver was so friendly and helpful and you never had to wait more than a few minutes. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go from the location, even though the hotel itself wasn't in an especially walkable area.

Our bed for some reason was really squeaky. We'd wake each other up when we rolled over. Can't think of any other negatives.

Updated, clean, quiet rooms. Shuttle to the other resorts was great!

We’d like to see the inner chain or bolt type locks for the room as the room door only had the handle locks (so no option for a 2nd separate lock that you can set from the inside.

Accommodations were nice, well-equipped, and clean. It looks like it has been recently renovated, so no surprises! It was a last-minute booking as I was in town for a party nearby, so it was really just a place to sleep for me. The weather was awful so I didn't use any of the facilities beyond my room.

Nothing bad to say. Upon checking in I was told that there isn't anyone physically there overnight (but there is a number you can call). So if there is a chance you would arrive late, I'm not sure how this would impact checking-in.

shower door was odd almost felt like it was installed backwards having to get wet to turn it on , usually the first part of the door slides but otherwise everythign wqas great

lobby needed more amenities. like to buy drinks kept having to ask for towels as cleaning person did not leave enough

Hotel was recently remodeled. Pool area was very nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Used the main Pelham House Resort beach which was very nice. There is a shuttle that runs from hotel to main resort.

Outside sitting area near pool closed at 8:00 so there was nowhere to sit and have a drink or chat. Understandable though since they’re were lovely rooms overlooking pool area.
