Location was perfect for my trip. Staff was excellent and helpful. Large corner jacuzzi tub was lovely. Super quick easy access to the beach for walks (its March).

The room windows open directly into the pool area, and the large tub was in the dining room(?) directly under the windows to the pool area....(pool was not open as it was March, but this would be a terrible room in the summer!). The fireplace did not work (also think it was just an electric, not gas fireplace), and took two calls to the desk to even figure out how it was supposed to turn on and then it still did not work.

The location is perfect, some of the property overlooks at the water, others are spread across but very close to the beach. Great staff, good amenities and fantastic views. A great place for friends and family to be together and have a good time. Lots of good places to eat nearby. You will not be disappointed.

I would just be complaining without a good reason! The room space is tight but if you plan to just shower and sleep in your stay then I wouldn't worry about anything else.

Location on the beach is fantastic. We were given a room with an ocean view which was most appreciated and such a great view. With the extra space, jacuzzi and kitchenette we thoroughly enjoyed this typical New England site.

No shower gel provided was the only fault we found. Having no maid service was not a problem and is reflected in the price.

Did like the sofa and the fireplace. Room was clean and plenty of towels were provided. Liked having beach/pool towels in the room.

Did not like having to wash or check the dishes before use. This should have done by cleaning staff. Would have liked water view. Long staircase to get to room and door at top was hard to open.

The bed was amazingly comfortable… the jacuzzi tub was so clean and the water so hot ! The fireplace was ON FIRE! We stayed in February, so we needed to warm up after walking on the beach !!

We wanted to extend our stay by 1 more night, but because it was timeshare we couldn’t figure it out and the front desk couldn’t make the extension for us

The location was perfect- right across the street from the beach. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the dishes and cleaning supplies provided as well. We had a picnic table and some chairs out in the back.

The online pictures were a bit misleading. Every room shows a full-size refrigerator, but we only had a mini fridge. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to know this before we had stopped at the grocery store on our way to checking in. Additionally, the walls are very thin. Our kitchen cabinets were peeling, but that didn't affect our lives in any way. ;)

Charming cape cod stay, walking distance to the beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, nice amenities.

There was a buzzing noise every now and then, not sure what it was.

Location

The lights outside the bedroom. They are on all night and the blinds do not keep the light out making it difficult to sleep. I ended up putting towels over the blinds. It needs dark curtains to keep the light out as there is no way to turn them off.

The location was incredible, so close to the beach, loved it.

Pricing was a little higher than I wanted, but not unreasonable for the location.

Location, clean

The pool was not open for the season- no problem. But the pool looked awful, with things/debris (??) floating in it. Should have been kept skimmed, at least.
