If you're looking for a winter getaway that still has great views amazing rooms and a facility you can utilize this is it . Room location amazing counter staff Jennifer your awesome. The woman who was there at check in 1/24f24 thru 1/26/24 so nice easy to talk to thank you both. I enjoy going this time of year because it is not busy. You get to enjoy a very warm hot tub and a heated swimming pool. The fire pit at night is beautiful to sit at this weather. I go with my special needs brother and it means the world to me when the staff treat him as amazing as these two ladies did. Everyone there was so nice to us. The room was absolutely amazing. Great View despite the weather. Great time to go to enjoy an amazing facility and affordable rate once the summer hit it's too expensive and too crazy.

The only issue I have with any place we usually go is to fold-out beds are not comfortable.

The location is absolute perfection. The room is modern, spacious, and had all that I needed.

I am 5'2" tall. The dishes and glasses were in cabinets over the refrigerator and in a high cabinet over the sink. I couldn't reach them, so I was not able to use them. So I didn't cook or bring in leftovers which limited my meal choices.

great location....very close to the beach...room had a fireplace that was a very nice feature especially given the cold weather we encountered...loved the townhouse design. Great sunrises and sunsets.

everything was wonderful...the only thing that could have made it better would be beachfront which obviously is limited

2 balconies - one faced sunrise and the other sunset! Both with awesome oneness with the ocean. It doesn't get better than that. The suite was awesome. 2 tvs, electric fireplace, 2 sliders to the balconies, awesome bedding and comfort. Jacuzzi tub with large showerhead, extra towels if needed. The piece of resistance - a fire pit, on nightly to 11pm! Heavenly place to stay.

HVAC next to the bed was too loud . I couldn't hear the waves

The property was in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking access and convenience to the rest of Cape Cod. Shops close by but the location still has a village feel. Plenty of room in the room- the kitchenette and living area was great. Full sized fridge. Onsite laundry facilities.

Location and the view. We loved that it is beachside and the beach is nice. We also loved the balcony.

The room was a bit small for the bed. The price was higher than expected.

Beautiful location, great running routes around the property, spacious room, and lovely staff.

The only slight issue was noise from room above but it wasn’t awful, just present. If there were people above who stayed up late it would have been hard to sleep.

did not expect beachfront room. we had water views from every room. the gas fireplace was also a very nice feature. All around exceptional experience.

The ocean waves are Right There, and we watched the sun rise from our little balcony! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-stocked with dishes and extra bath towels. be The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I disliked was having to leave!

The property was great! Fire pit in the evenings and right on the water. Room was nice and had a kitchen area.

Coffee machine is slow and not sufficient for the number of guests at the hotel.
