Really spacious and clean accommodation - perfect for families (we stayed in Britteridge lower level one bedroom apartment) Provision of towels, parasols and beach chairs at beach was really nice touch, as well as complimentary water, sun screen etc.

Service was a bit hit and miss at times Advertised evening activities on front lawn (glow in the dark soccer and frisbee) never happened Resort is huge and its a long walk to anywhere so you definitely need a car rather than relying on the shuttle which I rarely saw One male and one female toilet for whole of the beach and beach bar was very surprising!

Great setting in beautiful Brewster. Spacious, functional and quiet accommodation - washer/dryer, big fridge and cooking facilities much appreciated. Families well catered for with incredible beach, a choice of swimming pools and fun activities on the lawn

Room generally clean however dirty cupboard in bathroom, tacky counter and table tops, stained carpets, very dusty around bed and urine smell in bathroom let it down. Balcony tired and in need of maintenance.

Our viilas were spacious and clean. The staff were so amazing. We were allowed to access Mansion beach during our stay and it was so nice to be able to stay on resort. Staff at the beach made us feel pampered and took great care of us. The property is beautiful.

It was very hard to figure out what activities were happening. We even went to the registration desk and they told us to look online. It would have been nice to have a daily itinerary. Food and drink were extremely expensive. We indulged once but with a family of six it wasn’t possible for us to enjoy each day.

Resort and grounds were beautiful. It as nice walking and running paths. There appeared to be a lot of things to do.

It's a large resort, so we were not staying in a spot close to our friends. To get to the beach, we had to take a shuttle, which was a little bit of a pain with so many people. Also, we were there for 3 days and no one took out our trash. The barrels are some and fill pretty easily.

Everything is maintained in pristine condition, grounds and beach are gorgeous. Staff is wonderfully trained and courteous. Our unit (one bedroom with a kitchen) was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved the shuttle service to the private beach, which was very fast and convenient. We also love the free umbrellas and chairs at the beach, and the beautifully trained and extremely courteous young international staff at the beach.

The staff service, beautiful landscaping, security, front desk check in woman was great, maintenance was fast, pool staff great also

Sometimes the bathrooms at the pool were dirty, food was ok at the terrace for dinner but breakfast was much better. More options needed at outside bar/beach.

Room was comfortable and clean with needed amenities. Pool area was nice. Area was good for a morning run around the resort. Golf course was excellent!

No access to the beach, public beach was adjacent. Just seems like there could be a better way to manage beach access for guests at the Villages. Facility could have communicated process for public beach parking passes. Shuttle service seemed spotty, didn't use it because we didn't know when it would run. Speed bumps on main road through complex, but I understand. Almost got locked of our unit in what I thought was an exit stairwell .

Beautiful property. Lots of amenities even for the off season. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind. There was champagne and cheesecake waiting as a birthday surprise when we arrived. It was awesome.

The Villages were a little dark in terms of street lights. It’s just something to be mindful of when it gets dark and you’re driving through there.

We really loved the place. The bed was very comfortable and wish we had more time.

the main problem is next door they had very active noisy children. We could hear everything through the walls. Then there were children on the floor above us. We heard every running footsteps. This was the annoying part of a weekend where we expecting to have some nice quiet time especially when we got back from a nice dinner. Furthermore, the children from both rooms were up at 6am. Romantic it was not!

Condo was spotless and quite comfortable. The couches and the bed were super Bayzo's Pub had great drinks & yummy apps!

It got very cold outside & the inside of our condo got cold as well - we weren't sure the heat was working at all until we jacked it up to 80 & even though the baseboards & ceiling vents were ice cold, it got warmer inside.
