My sister and I stayed for a week. The king bed was extremely comfortable, slept great and the room coffee was good quality. The breakfast options in the cafe were always fresh and a decent start to our morning. Peter was very helpful, friendly but unobtrusive. Good tv channeling for our rainy day and quality room service freshened our every day.

We would suggest more comfortable chairs in the room, the option of foot stools to put our feet up after a long day of thrifting. Microwave for heating up dinner leftovers. Bath towels could have been softer.

Location is quite near downtown and close to Toyota where we were picking up a car. Easy access from Route 6 on Cape Cod. Two driveways into property can easily miss the first turn in as property is down a hill away from main roadway. Big TV very nice refrigerator and coffee bar in room. Manager gave us a map of the village and advised us of good restaurants in the area.

I walk with a cane and the height from sidewalk into room and office required assistance for me to negotiate. Breakfast area is compact but on good weather days there are four tables and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing. Although windows had blackout curtains, the light outside the door remained on all night not controllable from room, disturbing sleep if you are light sensitive.

Extremely clean!!!! Location was wonderful for day-tripping. Breakfast sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. Shades and curtains were good to darken room at night. Host was very cordial.

Could use an additional protein (meat) in addition to hard boiled eggs for people who need protein in the morning like my husband who was recently diagnosed with diabetes; but we could also have gone out for breakfast… plenty of wonderful ones in the direct area. For my 5’10” husband the shower head was mounted a bit low… perfect for my height of 5’3”

It has a colonial yet sea side feel. The beds were sooo comfy. The rooms are big. The a/c worked great! The shower has a tile bench where u can sit and shave your legs or put all your shampoos etc. The breakfast was no frills but good. Bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, juice and the coffee was GREAT! Close to Nauset Light house and lots of good beaches. The pool was in the back area of the hotel which like a big back yard. The whole property had the prettiest blooming bushes. The flowers left such a nice fragrance in the air. I was extremely happy with my stay.

I am hesitant to share this glowing review, because I feel like I've found a gem on the lower Cape, and I'd love to keep it all to myself. But I'll share. This place is lovely! It's a bit off the path (rt 6A in Orleans is a bit farther from the strip of National Seashore beaches and attractions than we have stayed before), but it was a lovely surprise. This Inn is so clean and well kept; someone cares a lot. There are all updated fixtures in the bathrooms (weirdly set up--the cold faucet and hot faucet were installed in reverse position, for instance--but they were modern. ;)). The pool was great. The breakfast room was just terrific. The hosts were professional and kind. We will choose this over all others in future.

The "back deck" has seen its share of Cape Code weather. But I feel like, with the attention that seems to be paid to this property, the deck will get sanded and repainted this off-season. :)

Front Office and Room Staff were efficient, courteous and thorough. Motel/Inn seemed a little ‘dated’ but was economical and suited our needs well Though weather one day was rainy, we were still able to explore and enjoy Orleans. We would return…

The overall presentation of the Motel was a little worn and outdated. Not deficient by any means; though probably wouldn’t appeal to ‘modern’ travelers wanting more pizazz…

Incredible, friendly staff. Peter was wonderful. Helpful with area questions and service was top notch. Great breakfast every morning of our stay. Room was comfortable and appears like entire motel recently renovated. Clean, well maintained grounds.

Really nothing. Maybe the only thing I didn't like was I could only stay 3 days. Will have to come back again.

Well located, beach and supermarkets are just a few minutes away. Freshly renovated rooms and bathrooms, very clean. Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated breakfast room with a big variety of breakfast options. Super nice staff. And there's a pool, but we unfortunately had no time to use it. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends.

Our room was very nice and spacey. The staff was very friendly and I guess that for Cape Cod the price is correct.

I know that the use of plastic in the US is generally ridiculously wasteful, but it just struck me particularly in this accommodation what with the breakfast and several items in our room. I wish they made an effort to reduce that, at least for the cutlery and the plates. That was really the only problem for me though, I would recommend it to a friend anytime.

Rooms were fantastic. Beds were amazing, room size was big with good facilities. Staff very helpful and the breakfast was simple, but plentiful. Location good as just on edge of town so close to bars and restaurants.

The management has clearly invested in the rooms and front of house. Pool area needs some attention.
