It’s close to everything around the cape. Always clean and comfortable.

Sink wasn’t draining well this time but was fine in the past.

The location and the value were the primary reasons we stayed here. It's located right in the heart of many of the Outer Cape beaches and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C did its job. We mainly needed a clean, comfortable, and cool room to return to after a day at the beach and that's what we had. One of the better values in the Eastham/Wellfleet area.

The floors could have been swept/ vacuumed better. There was some sand on the floor when we arrived, but that's fairly typical of Cape motels.

This is the second time we stayed at Captain's Quarters. We arrived pretty late and though there wasn't anyone at the desk, we still were able to access our room no problem. As usual, the place was pretty quiet, lots of space to walk with our dog, close to Provincetown and order places we wanted to visit. There is a small fridge in the room. We messed up our booking and I got a call in the middle of Sunday asking if we are moving out today - was able to extend the stay over phone without any issues.

It was very humid in the room, I didn't bring a humidity meter, but felt like at least 70%. Also be ready that this is an older property - so don't expect brand new things, though the room was decently clean. When I got the call about extra day stay they never told me how much is it going to be (and I didn't ask, my fault) - but the amount was surprisingly high, close to what we payed for the previous 3 days combined.

Nice room. No carpet. Grounds are nice. Five minutes drive to see a sunrise or sunset because it’s in the middle of East and West facing beaches. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

Shower wasn’t cleaned well. There is a lot of small pieces of trash in front of entrance doors that fall out of the cleaning crews bag and doesn’t get picked up. I will say they do work hard because there’s a lot of rooms to clean.

All was well EXCEPT for the fact that when I booked, I used the filter and I put in that I was bringing 2 dogs. When I got there after driving 6-1/2 hours, I was told that I needed to pay another $40 per pet, PER NIGHT. NOT HAPPY. THEY BLAMED BOOKING.COM

Updated, modern room, plenty of living space. Clean flooring, bed quite comfortable, a.c unit could handle any situation. Location of motel ideal putting all destinations within reach on Cape Cod. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Bathroom could use an update. Signage from road a challenge at night, dimly lit we felt.

With the understanding that all cape roadside motels are dated, Captains Quarters is a bit nicer. Ugly, musty carpets have been replaced by contemporary clean luxury vinyl planking. The sinks and toilets are new without any rust stains.

They should replace the old, very outdated curtains and red bedspreads with more contemporary versions. That would go a lot long way too really sprucing up the look.

Quite and peaceful. Staff was very helpful whenever we needed anything. Access to bike trail was great also private access to room with parking right at the door.

Beds were not really comfortable. Also had alot of trouble locking and unlocking the door. TV could of been a little bigger and they should find away to allow guest to access there streaming platforms that would of been great. All fixable things would stay again.

Location was well maintained, close to beaches and quiet. Air conditioning and pool were great especially for summer travel in New England.

Tub drained slowly and the cable went out at one point but that was because of a storm, nothing the property did or could have done.

we were traveling with our pup and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the staff pleasant . We will definitely be back again. For the price and location, the price was well worth it.

It would have been nice if the bath tub had a stopper. Would have liked to have a bath as the tub was a good size .
