The location was perfect for what we needed. This motel was only 2 miles from our family’s house in Eastham. It is very close to the salt pond visitor center, the Nauset light house, and Nauset and Coast Guard beaches. The amount of room was perfect in the family suite for my three adult children and my husband and myself. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, and microwave as well as some dishes provided. The staff was attentive and brought us extra sheets and towels upon request.

The floor in the bathroom seemed to be wet underneath, which resulted in some brown getting on anything that was on the floor.

I was happy to be in a good location in Hyannis….no need to get in my car to go to eat. Walked everywhere…..also so close to bus terminal…

I did not see any pool…

Comfortable location with access to the bike trail. Beaches and restaurants a short drive away. A delicious breakfast place adjoins the property. The staff and management are responsive to customer concerns.

We were really disappointed that the pool was being drained and not open (our stay was the second weekend in September, and it would been perfect for a refreshing swim. The owners let us swim at their neighboring property less than a mile away. But we'd stayed here last year and had been looking forward to swimming on site at this property's lovely, wooded pool.) Verify before going that the pool will be open.

Motel is very clean and comfortable and a great place to relax after a long day out with my bicycle on the rail trail or the many sights in the area. The area has many choices for food close by. Rooms are kept clean and the bed was comfy. Love having a little patio to sit outside and kick back.The staff were friendly too.

Only thing I did not care for is inside my room is they have no soft white lighting, only bright white led recessed lights... Room badly needs at least one small lamp on the desk.Led lighting is way too white and bright for a motel room at night..

Beds were extremely comfortable. Pleasantly surprised.

Desk clerk made us wait outside until 3:00 check in time even though it was 2:45. There was no one else waiting to be helped. The tub in one of the two rooms was seemingly broken when trying to run water. Staff was able to apply some muscle and pull the handle to turn on the water. We did not get any maid service during our two-night stay so no fresh towels or coffee set ups.

Nostalgic outside with modern design inside. It’s nice to have a real key again… old school motel-like. Location was great: it’s on a major road so easy access to restaurants and shopping. Loved the courtyard/woods surrounded by all the buildings.

Any issues were small, didn’t really affect my stay and they were expected for a property that’s been around a while :)

Location was great. Convenient to Orleans and Wellfleet. Several restaurants nearby. Practically across the street from the Wellfleet Drive-In. It was far enough off the main road that it felt quiet and secluded... especially since we were in the back. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is older, but well maintained and reasonably well updated. Wooded setting. GREAT breakfast restaurant (Laura & Tony's) right next door . Nice pool, playground, picnic areas, private patios... wonderful for families. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

SUGGESTIONS: More picnic tables behind motel units. Some artwork on the walls. Lighting for back patios.

Close to everything, very clean rooms, and loved the pool for my grandkids!

It was very humid and the bugs weee attracted to all the lights to get in and out of rooms. The AIR CONDITIONERS NEED TO BE UPDATED WITH NEW ONES. The HUMIDITY is awful in summer and the AC are very old. I used to come to Blue Dolphin 30 years ago many times and those are the same ACs

I love the back little patio area for each room. And I love that you have carpet instead of hardwood/laminate floors.

Bed is very hard. Had to bring a cot cushion to put on top for extra padding. Luckily I knew to do this from past stays. Pricey but I guess that's how all the inns are on the Cape at this time of year.

The staff was very kind and professional. The rooms were clean with very clean bathrooms The manager was very accommodating and friendly as we had just had a bad experience with our prior reservation at another booking He was eager to help us immediately and helped get us settled. Pool was very clean and the property was beautiful.
