We stayed at the beach house and the check-in process at a different building across town made check-in process a bit less convenient than expected prior to booking. Ultimately worked out fine though.

It is in a great location right on the beach. The room had a view of the water, and the bathroom was nice and updated. Breakfast had lots of options with delicious fresh fruit.

The directions did not state that we had to go to a second location to check in. We went right to the inn and had to backtrack to the main resort to get the key. That should have been clearer in the confirmation email. The parking lot is very small, so a bit tricky to navigate.

excellent breakfast at beach resort location, wonderful staff, awesome beach! Eateries 2 minute walk from resort ~ Mad Minnow has great food for dinner! CVS nearby too.

Great tea and Coffee. The breakfast could be healthier, Wish to have less sugary and white carbs. Maybe one non cow's milk product for people are lactose intolerant for their cereal and oatmeal. Thanks.

We liked everything! The place is very clean, cozy. Very good staff and hosts. Morning living room with soft music with the view of the ocean, makes stay very relaxed and pleasant!

It was all good

Everything. It was clean, beautiful, great location, breakfast was simple but delicious and the coffee was sooo good. The staff was so accommodating and sweet.

This was the best place I have stayed ! We loved every minute, for the beauty of the facility and beaches to the staff hospitality. They really made you felt welcome, relaxed and comfortable.

Nothing It has old Cape charm

The continental breakfast was adequate, if I was to look to stay again this would not be a selling point though. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was a generous size and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was small but more upgraded than the room. The knotty pine wall treatment was very Cape Cod but made the room dark, also the only one window with that which was described online as "water view" was barely that. The common areas and deck to beach access is the best feature of the property by far. Check in at the In town property was efficient and easy. dedicated parking was tight but easy to manage.

I would book a room on the upper floor if I was to stay again as you hear every footstep above you.

Location is very private and right on the Nantucket Sound. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

There is nothing not to like at this relaxation destination.
