We had fantastic service from all the employees during our stay from the maid service to the front desk personnel! Our favorite part of our stay, besides the two great pools, and awesome room, was the wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast area! She was such a breath of fresh air and it was lovely to see her every morning! ( : It was such a lovely part of our trip to be greeted by her sweet, smiling face at breakfast every morning! ( : She remembered our morning coffee and tea we enjoyed and was very helpful with advice on what to do in Eastham and nearby! The chef was fantastic in charge of the breakfast buffet, too! They made a great team! ( : We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Cape! ( :

I really didn't have any issues with any part of the property, honestly. It was a beautiful hotel, which met all our needs extremely well! ( :

The morning breakfast waitress kept me returning every morning. She was verx efficient and friendly. The waffles were good. The fresh fruit bowl was wonderful.

The scrambled eggs every morning were sometimes cold and tasteless.

Arrived at noon was a little disappointed that restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Was invited out to breakfast so could not try the Sunday brunch. Happy that rooms were connecting as requested. Grandkids loved the pool been by the Sheraton many times over the years was very impressed would like to stay again. Pricy for March though

Restaurant not open for lunch or dinner since it was a chilly wet day in March would have like to eat there. Glad pizza could b delivered

The staff is wonderful. The pools are fabulous indoor and outdoor. Rooms are very clean.

Need a little updating none of the US ports in my room works so I couldn't charge my phone balcony. Lights didn't work.

We love the breakfast and the location

The pool area temperature was VERY COLD. The staff was not very receptive when it was brought up. I was told “it is air” We stayed there last year and the area around the pool was much warmer. An indoor pool area should be comfortable it was definitely too cold, especially one you get out of the pool

The place was very clean. The staff were very nice. Only thing was bed was a bit to soft for me, but that is just my personal preference. I would stay there again.

Convenient location, swimming pool, personable staff. My husband kept commenting on how comfortable the pillows were. Bright parking lot also a plus!

The shower stall was the only little thing, the rails weren’t very clean, like a build up, and a sharp contrast to how lovely everything else was!

The location is very centrally located and the room was very large and clean.

The bed and pillows were too soft and there were only two drawers to put clothes away in.

Breakfast was easy in and out, good choice of items, staff was extremely pleasant and informative regarding the areas attractions.

I was not able to stay in the pool area due to the chlorine odor indoors which I am very sensitive to.

We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast. We preferred eating at local establishments

Customer service wasn't to the level expected.
