The location was fantastic and the staff were very accommodating. I went during March, and it was very quiet and peaceful. Fantastic value, too. I feel like this place is a real gem. Kind of don't want a lot of people to find out about it because it might become too crowded!

The only "con" of staying here was that the cleaning products that were used to clean the rooms were noxious! And the worst thing was, there is a shared ventilation system, so even though I never had my room cleaned, every time the other rooms nearby were cleaned, I could smell the cleaning products, and they gave me headaches. This really isn't acceptable in 2025; too many people have chemical sensitivities. When I got home, my clothes smelled like the cleaning products.

Location is great, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped (AC, Big fridge with freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc. They provide beach towels too. Access to a small patio in the back. Parking right in front of the room.

Even paid late checkout was not available, no front desk available after 11PM (it doesn't impact the check-in process if you arrive late but make sure you call ahead), the hotel rooms were poorly soundproofed and you can here pretty much in clear the neighbors conversations.

Absolutely beautiful spot, right on the water. Staff were very nice and very competent. Loved the pool and hot tub being so close to our unit. Also really loved that they had bags of ice in the office.

Because we went off-season, there were things that felt a little sparse. We had only two towels for an entire week there and housekeeping was only available once during the week. While I didn't care about cleaning or making the bed, the towel and trash situation was rough. There were no towels at the pool, so we had to use the only two we had for the week to go to the pool. Bedding and pillows are sparse - could use more blankets and a few more pillows, especially given that the unit has a pull-out couch. Finally, bed mattress could use an upgrade - it was pretty uncomfortable.

Didn’t like that they did not have our reservation on file. I called to ask a question About the amenities and they did not have our reservation through booking .com. They gave us a reservation but we had to move rooms after the first night. This was a bit inconvenient . Also, it was a bit pricey.

It was really clean and we had a beautiful view of the water. We brought our bikes and rode around the neighborhood and down to the Ocean House restaurant (Do not skip it. It’s awesome and food/view was great). Really nice area sort of away from the hustle and bustle.

The gym was a little rough and down in a basement but it was so beautiful out that it wasn’t an issue for us.

Location!! amazing beach setup, the dunes are a nice piece of landscape The bedroom was small and inconveniently placed at the entrance, however the living room was spacious and nicely decorated. The fireplace was such a nice surprise! The whole resort was very clean and nicely shaped. We enjoyed seeing the moon rise by the sea, with the view of the sand dunes.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was caring. The property was simple to navigate. Room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach, ocean, repeat.

Housekeeping only comes once a week. There were plenty of towels though, and blankets.

Location ocean front, rooms clean, roomy, staff outstanding, friendly, prompt responds to request . Grounds immaculate . Internet needs upgrade, not reliable . Spring and fall is the best time to visit

The indoor pool was just a comfortable temperature. With an ocean view just where ever you find yourself ...walking the beach is beautiful its.so..Cape Cod

We think about spending time..We think about enjoying time. Edgewater beach resort. gives us both.There was not any thing we did not like except not being able to stay longer.

The property was right near the ocean and had its own private beach. The stocked kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the putting green (hotel provided balls and putters). Rooms and bathroom were clean and modern.
