We stayed in a cute one-story townhouse with two bedrooms and a living room. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need — from frying pans and salad bowls to plates, mugs, spoons, a toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and more. There was even a large fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer right in the unit. There was a big dining table, perfect for gathering with friends, and an electric fireplace that made the space extra cozy. The cottage had plenty of lighting and two full bathrooms. Outside, we had our own private backyard with a BBQ area. Even though it was drizzling, we were able to grill comfortably since the BBQ had a lid and there was a small covered patio in the yard where we could stay dry. The ocean is just a 10-minute drive away, though we didn’t go because of the rain. However, the pool area was amazing — beautiful, clean, with a hot tub and sauna that were so relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly — great people who made us feel welcome. We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back!

Location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean, spacious, and like home away from home with a living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, gas fireplace, and 2 sofa beds downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with one king and 2 twins, and a full bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could ever need. We were able to make our breakfast and coffee in the unit every day and a couple of dinners, rather than eating out for every meal. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit rather than hunting down a shared laundry.

I wish I knew the condo had two floors before we booked, as my son with special needs had to navigate the stairs. I found out later that they do have one-floor units available, which can be arranged by calling ahead. This wasn't specified in Booking.com. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Many outlets were in inconvenient locations.

The mini houses are beautiful. Great for family stays. Full living room, dining room, kitchen area with stove and a fridge. You can cook if you want too. There are two full bathrooms.The view in the backyard is nice. Very quiet. The whole place was clean and I'm iffy about hotels. But this one was one of the best that I have stayed at. Me and my family really enjoyed the mini house and our stay. Plenty of things for the kids to do on the grounds. Pool, park, basketball hoop, and a game room.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast served. The are no tvs in the rooms upstairs which sucked for the kids at bedtime. The water pressure is horrible and the hot water runs out quickly. They expect you to us your room towels to swim with and wash up with because there is a washer and dryer in all the units. However I don't believe in doing that. So I did ask for extra towels and I received them without any problems. Other than that a great stay.

Took a small trip for the weekend with teens from 14-17, they absolutely had a blast with all the activities they offered the pickleball court and the pools were great, the game room and all the extras you could borrow including whiffle ball and footballs were an added bonus. The layout of the condo worked well plenty of room for everyone, I would highly recommend. The condo was also spotless, we will definitely be staying here again, close to all of the wonderful things the cape has to offer, it was a hidden gem

Condo was spotless, always a major plus. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, cooking utensils, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Ample paper supplies in both bathrooms as well. Property is older but very well maintained. Pretty grounds with various blooming bushes. We stayed in a two bed, two bath unit with fireplace, patio and charcoal grill, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Our grandkids couldn't make it at the last minute but it's a perfect family destination with two swimming pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball/badminton net, game room, basketball court, fitness center, etc.

I was surprised at how spacious and well laid out the accomodation was. We had three bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace under a large screen TV and a quiet back porch that was very private. There are lots of interesting activities and facilities to keep you busy. This was a perfect place for three couples to spend the weekend.

We didn't find anything at all to complain about--and we are usually tough on reviews.

There’s a ant problem

We loved the spacious accommodations… perfect for our family of 5 with teenagers, and the location in Brewster, which was basically central to everything in the Cape. It felt like a peaceful retreat and a home away from home after each day of exploring and visiting different beaches and attractions. It had everything we needed including our own washer and dryer in the unit! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the fitness room, the playground and the basketball hoop. We loved it so much that we added and additional day to our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The three bedroom, two bathroom unit was so spacious it felt like renting a home but with the added bonus of so many resort amenities… the best of the both worlds. I truly don’t believe there is a better value in all of the Cape. We will definitely be back.

Linda was the manager I spoke with about a rate change. She was very nice, caring and professional. The staff that checked us in ( I can not remember her name) was equally friendly and gave us information about the area that was helpful. The unit was clean and beautiful. There was a fireplace and a nice little patio with a charcoal grill. I am already looking into booking my next trip. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. There are many restaurants and ice cream parlors in the area.

I did not find anything to complain about, except that I want to go back in November and they are sold out.

Everything about this place is awesome!! The staff is very friendly and I recommend this place highly! We come to Cape Code every year, and this was our first time here, and we loved it! It was so good that we decided to stay for one more night!! Very clean, great space with everything you need to stay. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean as well, and a nice playground.

There is nothing to dislike about this place!
