We loved the resort! It was pretty clean we only found a couple things underneath the furniture that weren’t ours while looking for my son’s shark tooth he lost. Our room was very stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen, toiletries, and even extra towels in the bathroom. We loved the staff they were so kind and helpful. We loved all the sports amenities, grills, pool, and beach. Pool could be bigger though, I can’t imagine it crowded. But there are is one indoors and one outdoors anyways. I loved the beach and at 3 it turns to tidal flats and is a great place to look for shells and explore ocean creatures in the sand like hermit crabs and regular crabs. My children loved it! My fiancé and I loved the shuttle that would come outside the resort to get to Provincetown pier. The shuttle was so convenient to come outside the hotel, we didn’t even have to drive our car sat at the hotel.

The location is nice as you are walking distance to the beach and Provincetown main streets. This hotel has a large inside heated pool and hot tub! The inside pool and hot tub area has a shower, which was nice to wash off the chlorine.They also have a large outside pool with beach chairs to lay in the sun. My family enjoyed the balcony even though it only overlooked the parking lot as we were in the main building for AC. The hotel had many outside games to play as well. My crew enjoyed the tennis,basketball, and ring toss games. We brought some prepped food from home, which included burgers and hot dogs. This facility has grills with cooking utensils, charcoal, and lighter fluid. Be sure to bring your own lighter, though, as they did not have them! Each morning we went to coffee hour which was Folgers coffee with cream, sugar, and sweet and low. They do serve breakfast besides Sunday and Monday. The breakfast was delicious and prices were decent. Overall, I would come back.

Location was close to what we wanted to do in the area. Nice pool & whirlpool area. Nice staff.

The room was a bit crowded and once you pulled the Murphy bed out, there was no room at all, and I had to crawl over my boyfriend to go to the bathroom. The air conditioner control was off and it was freezing the first night and then broke the second evening and we had a repair person in our room with us for an hour replacing the air conditioner which was very uncomfortable to me and inconvenient as we could not make dinner or get ready for bed until the air conditioner was replaced. I do appreciate it being replaced and said so the next day when we checked out but I do think we should have been offered a discount or at least an apology for our inconvenience upon checkout.

Excellent location--right on the beach and only about a mile from the city center. I stayed in a studio which even had a stove! Would be a great location for someone staying longer as they could cook to keep costs down. I went in November for a quiet getaway and this met my needs perfectly. I pretty much had the beach to myself the whole time.

I would've liked to have had a freezer as well as a fridge. Not the hotel's fault, but good to know that the street in this area doesn't have any sidewalks.

For the area the price was reasonable, the facilities and rooms were definitely not as bad as what I had read on other reviews, it was clean and tidy

I liked the location near the ocean, the pool, and the room was clean and comfortable. Having a full-size refrigerator was wonderful. Having a lazy day at the pool was delightful and refreshing.

It was a bit too far out of town. Ubers were hard to get at night, and the bike taxi wanted $100 to go the two miles. Next time if I plan on going out at night I will need to stay closer to town.

You can tell it's a bit old hotel, and would need some renovations. However, it is very well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable. We liked the private beach. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel offers a lot of entertainment, as pools, hot tub, tennis courts, bbq area and private beach, you can also rent bikes and binoculars which is cool. They offer coffee in the morning.

Although on the map it looks as still in the city, getting to the city center by walking might be problematic as the only road there does not have pavement for pedestriants, we had to use our car.

Check-in is Friendly and Easy. The staff is always Friendly, professional and attentive. Especially Olga who works the front desk, she is always Welcoming, Friendly and accommodating everytime we are there. In our previous visits we stayed in the Main building, this stay was in one of the Pool view Studios and we could not be happier. The room was Clean, Spacious and had an Amazing view. We look forward to future stays.

Its right on the beach, we picked the waterfront room too ensure we weren’t in the other building without beach front view. Staff super friendly. The efficiency had allllll the cookware. ALL.

The Murphy bed and couch pull out bed were very uncomfortable. Murphy felt unstable on sides when you sat or laid down, sinks in. Pullout bed you could feel the bars underneath. Jacuzzi was out of order but it happens. We went during a colder time and the pool was luke warm but the roof that opens up doesn’t hold the wind too well so air was frigid. No towels In The pool area, rinse shower was broken. All May have been fixed by now.

The room was a great size and very welcoming Loved the easy access to the beach and shopping

The indoor pool was not as clean as we would have liked to see. There were bits of dirt or something floating in it.
