The location was great, and it was close to everything. The staff, especially the cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly.
It is an old building, while it is very well maintained, there were some issues. We couldn't close the bathroom.door all the way, the vent cover fell off, and the cold water faucet on the tub was missing. It was also very pricey, but I think it was worth it for the location alone.

Vacationing in Provincetown for years, I've always walked past the Inn and wondered what it would be like to stay there. Decided to book a few nights in the off-season and experience it in a quieter way. The place wasn't crowded and the continental breakfast was a perk in a town with expensive restaurants. The room had a great bathroom, with a deep soaking tub. The view was on the backside overlooking Ptown harbor and was relaxing to watch the boats and birds.
There wasn't really anything.

The location is right downtown. The room was very clean, although some parts of it could use some small repairs. But the room is exactly what they described. It came with an ocean view and it was beautiful. The hotel provides breakfast too and we appreciated that. We just got married the day before and we had a very nice stay here.
Some small repairs or refurbishment may need to be done. For example, some part of the wood on the inner part the balcony partially came off. The owner said this was in the maintenance plan for this spring.

Centrally located to everything that is P’town. Property was clean and felt new even though it had been renovated years before. I had stayed at the property many years before the current owners and it was showing its age then. But now it feels fresh and updated. Some areas of my room need a little love (bathroom baseboards need a fresh coat of paint near the tub area, etc) but overall, a comfortable stay. Front porch is perfect for people watching and there is convenient onsite parking.

The room is very nice. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very convenient--next to the lobby but privacy is preserved and noise is minimal. The balcony and the view is spectacular. We slept with the sliding door open and it was very pleasant. We sunbathed at the balcony in the mornings and truly enjoyed the wonderful view and weather. The property owner and staff are very friendly and know how to make you feel at home. The property owner was super kind in helping us when we needed an extra room and when we had car trouble. We are forever grateful.
Nothing.

The room was very well appointed and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very close to places to eat and had water views.
I would not consider Provincetown a town for families with children. The weekend was a "girls weekend" which meant folks from the LGBQTi+ community were out in full force. The crowds were friendly and not raucous, however, some may be uncomfortable in this environment.

We loved everything about this place. The location is incredible. Sea front and right in the heart of Commercial Street which is where it all happens. We had a sea view with balcony and watched the sunrise. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing with fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful - you could sit at a large table in the lounge area or take it back to your room. Parking was tight but no problem. Would highly recommend this property.
The welome at reception could have been warmer and more informative.

Great view of the beach and lovely deep jacuzzi tub. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and AC worked great (thank god).
Bed was a little small, I had thought we'd got a King room but that was not a king bed. But otherwise the room and Inn overall was really great and lovely

The central location and the spacious room was really great. The large front porch overlooking commercial Street is a wonderful spot to sip on a cup of coffee in the morning. also, the main level common in the area is a great gathering place.

We stayed in a King Room which was large and had an ocean view with a balcony Hotel is well situated for all the main attractions in Provincetown
Common areas are very small. Only one large table for all guests to have breakfast. So communal. Receptionist very matter of fact and not very welcoming compared to other hotels we've stayed in in Provincetwon
