We loved the ease of check-in which was set up for an online check-in in advance allowing us simply to walk into the location and get the room key so we can get up into our room after the long journey! The staff eas extremely accommodating whenever any snags surfaced during our stay and readily offered guidance all along the way! One issue to take note of, however, is that the front desk is nt available to address any issues after 8pm. So, when our hot water was not working the first night there, nobody was available to address this issue until the next day. I learned that this non-hot water issue impacted the entire building and, in fact, was an event I've never experienced in my entire life at anyplace I ever stayed, including hostels in Europe. The staff did profusely apologize the next day, offering a discounted rate for the subsequent days, and even sent up a free bottle of champagne, all of which was deeply appreciated. However, having SOMEONE on call after 8pm surely would offer some general peace of mind as we were left with a general sense of "who is in charge?" throughout that evening after 8pm when we had to take freezing showers after our hours-long jouney to get there. All else was perfect -- parking, location, amenities, free breakfast made to order - and the staff did go the extra mile to make things right when this hot water event happened due tom reportedly vague circumstances beyond its control, I do wholeheartedly recommend this place, as does my travel companion, as the positive factors far outweigh any discomfort which the hot water issue created during our first night there!

The hot water issue was a huge inconvenience on that first night but the staff went out of the way to make things right by sending up a free expensive bottle of champagne and discounting over $300 off of our orior bill to compensate us for the upset that caused, This outstanding customer service combined with the unparalleled location and generally sweet and thoughtful team managing ths location, make it a prime destination for all travelers! We will be making this our #1 choice for any future visits to PTown for sure!

Breakfast was great, love having the made to order options with the normal continental style options. Seating was also lovely in the front room of the space on those nice and sunny days. The wine social hour from 5-6PM is a very nice touch, such a nice idea to be able to have some nice wine and cheese right before stepping out for dinner and nightlife. We had really great interactions with staff, from the front desk to the maintenance staff, everyone had a smile and a nice greeting.

Maybe some variety throughout the days on breakfast, the choices were the exact same for our whole stay. We were there in the early season so can't totally complain, would have been nice to get full spa services, but the steam room was excellent. Again, hard to really complain about any of the spa and hot tub services given how early in the season we were there. We could tell folks were gearing up and getting ready for the months to come.

I liked the convenience of the location. The social hour was a pleasant surprise. The spa was phenomenal (Tony and Eric were excellent). Breakfast was included and made to order. They had these adorable mini tabasco bottles to spice up your breakfast. The common area was relaxing and cozy. I enjoyed the bathrob provided in the room, which is very good quality.

The bathroom was a little small, and the door opened too close to the sink. The room had a mildew smell. The placement of the mini fridge was odd (inside the closet). We didn't get to enjoy the on-site restaurant because they operate Wednesday to Sunday.

A wonderful and comfortable and peaceful heaven at the tip of Cape Cod. The property is charming, with a nice landscaped garden and pool and hot tub. The accommodation is wonderful. We had a suite: bedroom, with fireplace, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The morning breakfast is very good, with a cook on site, along with self-serve standard breakfast: tea or coffee, juice, cereals, fruits, croissants, yogurts, and more. The wine and cheese was superb too! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really a complete surprise. There is a spa on site but we did not try it.

Crowne Point Historic Inn was fabulous! The accommodations, food and staff were exceptional! We especially loved Chris who was a fantastic host who provided the best restaurant recommendations and sightseeing. His sarcastic sense of humour was an added bonus🤣. Would highly recommend! We will be back.

Wonderful stay with good, hearty breakfasts. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

I think the Point restaurant was great and food delicious..But...you need help. Our server on Valentines eve was wonderful but needed at least another server.

The staff were so welcoming. They were proud of what Provincetown and Crowne Point and guided us to some wonderful activities, food, and fun. The facilities are clean, well designed and relaxing. The restaurant’s food was great and the atmosphere at night is magical. We got to have dinner beside the fireplace and then go to our room and enjoy our own private fire place.

The hours for the spa could be a little later, being able to go access the spa after a day of site seeing would have been nice. Bed was comfortable, but higher quality mattresses are always a plus.

Property is beautiful and centrally located

The staff was not very friendly. We’ve been staying there annually for ten years and the new staff is not as friendly or hospitable. In addition this is the third summer in a row the hot tub didn’t function. No apologies or explanations or warnings.

The breakfast is really great. The Spa was also very good. The wine hour at 5:00 p.m. is above and beyond expectations. This is a great place to stay.

Everything was great. There is not a thing that I didn't like about my stay.
