The location couldn’t have been better. I went to shows every night and only had to walk 1-3 blocks to the venues. It was so convenient to be able to walk back to my room from anywhere on Commercial or Bradford streets to cool off as it was very hot, or to rest up before shows. No car needed! My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, especially with a ceiling fan.

There was nowhere to put toiletries in the small bathroom with a tiny sink (Christopher room). But that’s a minor point, the only thing I found lacking with my room. I just put my toiletries on the bedside table right next to the bathroom.

This was a great hotel for a weekend in Ptown. It's right in the middle of downtown, enabling us to park our car and not touch it again until it was time to leave. They had a bike rack on the property, where we could conveniently store our bikes, which we used to get to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and made it very easy to check in and out, with excellent communication. The in-unit kitchen was a nice bonus, especially with the full fridge & freezer available. Plus, the shared outdoor seating areas with fireplaces were a nice surprise! We would stay here again!

The staff is so welcoming and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was large and the bed was super comfortable. Shower room was great too. The property has a sweet garden with benches and a koi pond for relaxing. The location was prefect, right in the heart of town but tucked away and quiet for a good nights rest. Parking was included and easy to get to.

We had an AC unit in our room which worked fine and it was a cool night (70’s) but it was a little close. It may not be strong enough for those hot summer nights of 80+.

This property is located in the heart of Provincetown’s downtown. Just steps away from Main Street and all the best attractions. This is an exquisite historic property with overwhelming charm and exceptional amenities. You’re not renting room; you’re getting a fabulous experience in the best possible spot. Minutes from everything but very quiet and ultra comfortable. Barbara King manages this hotel as if it was her home and you are family. Exceptionally decorated and well appointed at every turn. The owners are world renowned adventurers whose magnificent photographs from across the globe brighten the cozy front office and spacious lounge and dining room. Simply, everything is impeccable! You owe it to yourself to make this hotel the best part of your P-town visit!

The worst part of this property is having to leave for home! It wants for nothing and no expense has been spared to decorate and maintain the property perfectly. The staff are attentive and considerate in every way.

This was the perfect location! Only one block from Commercial St but far enough to be quiet for sleeping. The room was very large and had all the amenities you could ask for. The outside grounds are lovely too!

The breakfast was not something we would have enjoyed. We would prefer homemade offerings like quiche, home baked goods, fresh fruits etc.

Great location in the middle of Provincetown -- it was easy to walk to everything. I also loved the comfortable bed, in-room music option, the cute balcony and even the bathroom toiletries. My room was also same building as the lobby, so very convenient.

A cheaper rate that didn't include breakfast would have been nice -- I wanted to (and did) eat at a local breakfast restaurant during my limited time on the Cape. So I missed out on this perk.

The hotel could not be any more centrally located - it’s about a block way from Commercial Street. The property management we’re extremely accommodating, and frequently texted with updates - and also reached out beforehand.

The rooms were a bit outdated and definitely could have had more hot water (there was an issue while there that was resolved, but still could have definitely been hotter. The grounds were well manicured but could have benefitted from a hot tub.

Everything! First.. location, location, location!!! The breakfast was delicious, staff incredible, balcony was breath taking. I loved that we had a knob that activated music in our room. Don't get me started on the shower! Room was was beautiful and the sky light above the bed was a nice touch! It was a wonderful stay! We also LOVED how dog friendly..oh & the office Elizabeth's photos are amazing! I highly recommend!

The location was perfectly in the centre of provincetown a short walk away from the ferry pier. We really liked the breakfast room and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The particular room we booked had a very compact bathroom with a sink in the main room which was slightly inconvenient when getting ready. It could benefit from darker blinds on the main window as well to block out the sunlight. Overall though the room was perfectly comfortable, clean and a fine base for 2 nights.

Loved this place. Perfect location right near the Main Street and not far from the beach. Staff were amazing. Barbara gave us a warm welcome and some great recommendations. The beds were so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud. There was a big spacious bath tub and the shower cubicle had 6 shower heads.

Couldn’t fault the place!
