Excellent location--right on the beach and only about a mile from the city center. I stayed in a studio which even had a stove! Would be a great location for someone staying longer as they could cook to keep costs down. I went in November for a quiet getaway and this met my needs perfectly. I pretty much had the beach to myself the whole time.
I would've liked to have had a freezer as well as a fridge. Not the hotel's fault, but good to know that the street in this area doesn't have any sidewalks.

You can tell it's a bit old hotel, and would need some renovations. However, it is very well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable. We liked the private beach. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel offers a lot of entertainment, as pools, hot tub, tennis courts, bbq area and private beach, you can also rent bikes and binoculars which is cool. They offer coffee in the morning.
Although on the map it looks as still in the city, getting to the city center by walking might be problematic as the only road there does not have pavement for pedestriants, we had to use our car.

Its right on the beach, we picked the waterfront room too ensure we weren’t in the other building without beach front view. Staff super friendly. The efficiency had allllll the cookware. ALL.
The Murphy bed and couch pull out bed were very uncomfortable. Murphy felt unstable on sides when you sat or laid down, sinks in. Pullout bed you could feel the bars underneath. Jacuzzi was out of order but it happens. We went during a colder time and the pool was luke warm but the roof that opens up doesn’t hold the wind too well so air was frigid. No towels In The pool area, rinse shower was broken. All May have been fixed by now.

Check-in is Friendly and Easy. The staff is always Friendly, professional and attentive. Especially Olga who works the front desk, she is always Welcoming, Friendly and accommodating everytime we are there. In our previous visits we stayed in the Main building, this stay was in one of the Pool view Studios and we could not be happier. The room was Clean, Spacious and had an Amazing view. We look forward to future stays.

The rooms were Marvellous, having two bathrooms was a real treat. The beach was beautiful and almost empty, the children loved it. Odd that the outdoor pool was warmer than the indoor one. The outdoor pool surroundings were a bit Grim. It was a great location for going into Provincetown. Great value for money

Value. Apartment with kitchenette. Balcony overlooking ocean and pool. Rooms are quiet. Prefer the balcony on 2nd or 3rd floor where I feel safe to leave screen open for air. Heated, indoor pool looked tempting, but too many events in town. Would come again and use the pool (s). Enjoyed walk on the beach.
No a/c, however clearly stated. The rooms near pool and ocean have fans and balconies with screen doors. Per request I was given an extra fan. Shuttle on reduced schedule prior to summer.

This was a major long weekend with sold out rooms and the indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but the heater was out of service. The laundry room was out of service as well. Yet the rates were top ($1000 for three nights).

How quiet it was and the sea breeze was amazing. It was a good base of operations for a family on the go. Also the beach was terrific you got lucky having all thise sand bars and light on the rocks.
Could have used a toaster oven and a better kitchen knife. Toaster ovens are a good go to when you have little kids to feed.
