We loved every aspect of our stay at the Brass Key Inn. Kenneth welcomed us immediately with hot essential oil hand towels and then gave us a personal tour of the property on the way to our room. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean as was the heated pool. The social hour Kenneth provided for all guests was exceptional! The wine, cheese, pate and hummus vege stick cups were wonderful! We were made to feel special by Kenneth our entire stay and will highly recommend the Brass Key to all!

Very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Although we did not use them, the outside heated jacuzzi and pool were very tempting. Location of the hotel was great. Nice atmosphere inside.

Bed pillows were too big. Feather stuffed pillows would have been more comfortable. No black outs curtains in the room so if you are sensitive to light and want to sleep late, not really ideal. I am afraid that most of hotels around are the same... Breakfast, although good fell a bit short of variety.

It's a beautiful place, truly outstanding - the hotel itself & amenities, the guests, and the stellar location. I want to come back every year now. 10/10 ✨️

I was never given the wifi info/it was not posted in the room or the app we booked with. Front desk didnt answer my message requesting the wifi - was not a huge deal as we didn't spend a ton of time inside the room, but it would have been nice.

Breakfast was great! Kevin and Dale were so kind and courteous. Loved how close we were to restaurants and shops. Also, with the way times are today, the safety in the area was super important to us, we walked around late at night with no fear. Great place to visit!!

It was amazing! Awesome location, the absolutely perfect place for relaxing, meeting new people, and enjoying every minute of your life. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was different every morning but still wonderful! The patio with fireplace was our favorite place to spend the evening and we met a lot of great people and hope we made some friends! Kenneth thank you for your warm welcome and helping explore new places! We'll come back for sure!

The base price of the room before taxes and fees was lower in my hotel search then changed to be a lot higher when I went to process the payment, which was disappointing.

My husband and I love everything about Brass Key. The location was perfect, not far from downtown. I would highly recommend Brass Key Guest House to anyone. Thank you for your generosity. Thanks

Parking location on the property would need a little improvement. Very Very tight parking.

Great location, very clean, nice staff. Enjoyed the king bed with private bath. It was shoulder season and the staff was preparing for opening season. It was a great weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! The grounds were spectacular - every time you rounded a corner, there was another private little sitting area. We didn't get to stay long enough and although this was our first time to P'town, it won't be our last! They made our short trip memorable and we can't wait to come back and stay here specifically. The staff went above and beyond and their kindness truly made the difference.
