Great location and beautiful room.

When booked it did not mention it was on the 3rd fl or there was no staff on location. We asked for new towels 2 or 3 times via email & voice message, but never received any (we had already placed all the dirty/wet towels in the shower)...we then had to try and dry towels on the sun deck one for flight up. The shower needed adjustment because the coolest setting was blistering hot.

Great location

No longer has the charm of older style guest houses. The building itself is not being maintained as it once was.  The hotel company has to either decide to have the amenities of a hotel of rates at 500 per night or have the charm hospitality and warmth of the older style guest house. Not even a ice bucket in room. Bring back breakfast on site.

Great guest house in a perfect location. Room was well appointed, wifi was great, check in was a breeze. Great place to stay.

Shower took a little long for hot water to come around, but not a big deal.

The location was fabulous. Room was very clean and well decorated. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

I couldn't work the TV and there were no instructions in the room. I didn't like having to sign in for my key and I was delighted to see someone at the front desk to let me in. No parking available.

This place is perfectly located… for walking, biking, scootering… parking is easy on property or at nearby lots. Once inside this dreamy, cool place… rooms are quaint and comfortable beds. Good pillows! Also, plenty of outdoor space to chill, have a drink, play a game, listen to music. The rooftop is stellar. 360 degree views… lounge chairs. Then also 2 other spaces for sitting outdoors and relaxing. The couple who runs the place is kind and awesome. Super accommodating. Been back twice now and loved every minute. Def a hidden gem in Ptown.

Nice hotel, great location.

Inability to communicate with hotel personnel. No response to messages, emails or phone calls.

Everything was beautiful! The staff who showed us around were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I loved the rooftop!

the location was excellent - just off the beaten path but in the heart of everything. the main commercial street was about a half block away but far enough to avoid crowd noise.

the interior of the hotel was a bit loud - it is a small place in a densely populated area so this is unavoidable - we turned our air conditioner up a bit and that helped

Everything was great cool in our room air conditioner was still in a lot of cold air coming in

The location. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The space was quiet and cozy. They gave out discount cards to Joes coffee 👍

The door was sticking to the frame. i had to slam it to close.
