The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk - I didn't get her name but I know she is originally from Jamaica - was super nice and accommodating.

We were originally on the 2nd floor but when we went up to our room the a/c was not on in the hallways. Fans were on but it was extremely hot and humid. The front desk clerk was nice enough to move us to the 1st floor. The room itself was fine. The couch cushions were not that great and a little dirty. The tvs didn't work the first day - they said there were Comcast issues.

Nice hotel at a quaint location, with indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub as well. Couple miles from the Sandwich boardwalk and beach, which were amazing! Also pretty close to the Heritage Museum and Gardens, which were amazing, especially if you have kids with you, a good way to spend 3-4 hours. There’s a great restaurant right next door(The Local Tavern and Grill), you can walk there through the hotel parking lot.

No room cleaning and bed/ trash servicing during your stay. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. They’re upfront about this when you check in, but still, would expect that at a hotel.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel, and we plan to go back many more times. The location is excellent, across from a Stop & Shop Plaza, which is very convenient since the room we stayed in had a small refrigerator, a sink and a microwave. We were very fortunate to have checked in with Sarah, one of the nicest persons I have met in the Hospitality industry during my travels. She was courteous, friendly, and gave us awesome suggestions - like going to have ice-cream at The Shipwreck near the Sandwich Marina, and she also suggested that we brought our niece (9YO) and nephew (7YO) to the Visitor Center at the Marina. The Visitor Center is a gem, and you should definitely check it out. The indoor pool was also a hit with the kids, who made friends with some other children who were staying there as well. All was well and we were very happy until Sunday morning, when we had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Donna who was at the reception desk/breakfast area. What a rude, impolite, and condescending person! My niece and nephew wanted to buy a few souvenirs from the hotel “gift shop” (two small bookcases with a few overpriced souvenir items) and she acted as if we were asking her for the moon! Her demeanor was witnessed by an elderly couple at the reception desk, who could see how unpleasant Donna was to me and the kids. Donna spoke to me in a loud and slow voice, as if I needed help comprehending what she was telling me. Extremely unprofessional. As much as it might be hard to find staff for the Sunday morning shift, I believe that Donna should not be at the front desk. She might be a good backstage worker, but she is definitely not stage material. Total lack of interpersonal skills!

The floor in the room was poorly vacuumed (there were crumbles near the sink in the kitchenette area, and the sink in the bathroom was a little clogged. The pool towels were stained and did not look clean at all. Donna, who was at the reception desk/breakfast area on Sunday morning was a rude, impolite, and condescending person! Extremely unprofessional. As much as it might be hard to find staff for the Sunday morning shift, I believe that Donna should not be at the front desk. I have stayed there twice recently. The 1st room was small and dark yet with a light outside that kept turning on an off all night. Very very annoying. Second room was much more spacious, much nicer it had a place to sit and eat, a desk to work at. So they do have nice rooms but not all are created equally.

Breakfast, nothing special. No bananas, no low fat milk, minimal selection of everything.I have stayed there twice recently. The 1st room was small and dark yet with a light outside that kept turning on an off all night. Very very annoying.

I am very unhappy because when I booked they added 250.00 to my bill and was told it would be refunded if there was no damage. When I called the owner said we booked through the internet and they will not return that money. Therefore in this time in life our world is very sad and we already said we would be back. That will not happen-no one told us that

That I get the refund that was told to me when I booked it

Good location, close (walking distance) to grocery shops and a few restaurants. Reasonably sized room, comfortable for 2 people. All appliances in working order. We could choose between using aircon or open windows. Clean room and bathroom and crispy white bed linen.

Minor issue, that we solved ourselves without contacting the office. The fridge was noisy (maybe it didn’t like being stuck in a cupboard). Since it was October, and nights were cool, we were turning it off before bedtime and turning it on in the mornings to run during the daytime, when we weren’t in the room.

The staff was incredible👍 Especially Sarah at reception went above and beyond to help us get most out of 3 day visit of Cape Cod. Sarah, you were absolutely amazing and thanks again for the lovely info pack you left us for our return visit next year 🙏😊❤️

Location is excellent and quiet. Close village shopping area. Large outdoor area behind the morel for relaxing, game of football/ volleyball or a picnic.

The place is very conveniently located, easily accessible and close to many restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious.

Even though the room was a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you opened the door to go in. The breakfast room was extremely hot and had no air circulation; on our last day there was a floor fan that helped a little. The indoor pool area was very beautiful, but it was not well ventilated so the chlorine in the air made our eyes hurt. The jets in the hot tube did not work. Make sure you check that the refrigerator in your room is on - the temperature dial is on the back of the refrigerator, not inside it, and ours had to be pulled out to be turned on (it was not working when we first got to the room).

My initial impression was horrible. The lady at the desk after I gave her my info said. I can charge you $20 buck now or you can wait 10 minutes to check in?? Not a good impression. Sarah was lovely and the woman yesterday 5/5 who checked me out was lovely too.

My greeting. Everything else Was great.

Breakfast was convenient.

Bed not very soft. Not enough towels and washcloths available for entire stay, had to ask daily and make several trips up and down stairs to ask, turn in used towels, and then receive additional towels.
